There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Elegant and spacious studio apartment with sea view, newly built ideal for a couple. Located a 5-minute walk from the historic center, it is equipped with every comfort, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher, a comfortable double bed, TV, WiFi, air conditioning completed by a balcony overlooking the sea with table and chairs. The spacious and bright bathroom is equipped with a large shower, washing machine and dryer. It is sanitized with a special machine.

The house is 650 m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. Only the Macchia separates you from the beach with a view of the two bays of the baia di delphini and the isola dei gabbiani. A private path through the Macchia will take you to the beach in 2 minutes on foot, by car. 3x cleaning per week included
