Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mae Rim

It's a beautiful home with nature surrounding you. The owners are very helpful and kind and live right beside. Keep in mind that the place is quite away from the city, cafes, shops, etc. There is no driver coming to pick up but they can drop food from apps. You can rent a scooter from the owner to make it easier but it still takes time to go to the city. If you're okay with all of that, then this place is absolutely amazing!

I stayed at Lalita’s place with my husband and my 14 months baby boy and really enjoyed our time there. She was ahead organising our arrival and connecting us with her assistant through our stay. Lalita, is really nice, full of nice recommendations and very flexible. We loved her staff so so much ie Cleaning lady Wandee and Phayong the Handy Man always around to help and support. The surrounding is quite peaceful and quiet with some nice restaurants like The Hills and Wild Thyme. The place is around 30mins from old city but Grab makes it super convenient to reach. For us it was perfect since we wanted to be halfway with some outdoor playgrounds, temples and secluded excursions. Lalita ´ s place is beautifully furnished and functional. She went extra miles providing baby chair which is definitely not common for hotels nor airbnb. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

The little wooden house is wonderful. The Ratana family is very hospitable. We spent three dreamy days in Chiang Mai. There were also two cute little dogs. We picked the mangoes from the tree right outside the door and enjoyed the huge and beautiful courtyard. We will definitely come back and stay for a longer time!

Great place would definitely recommend. Communication from the host was great and the villa in general was spacious and wonderful!

I stayed in Room 3, a traditional wooden house (the entire building). The two paintings on the walls left a deep impression on me. I’m glad to have spent a wonderful time here.

Nice care and incredible homestay! The owner couple are quiet and polite, they love researching interior design, making the guesthouse and restaurant look super stylish! They not only have good taste but also a heart for nature (they preserve the trees) , and a talent for photography (all the menus were shot by themselves). Plus, their cooking skills were top-notch (the menu had at least twenty dishes). We are totally in love.

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

Great one bedroom condo in Chiang Mai—very clean, comfortable, and well set up. The host, John, was incredibly responsive, helpful, and also very understanding when I had a small accident in the unit. Truly appreciated the kindness and communication. Building has excellent shared amenities including a rooftop pool, gym and small sauna. Highly recommend! 🙌🇹🇭

The place is so clean and cozy, especially the rooftop pool is gorgeous! So far it is the best place I’ve stayed in Chiang Mai! Really enjoyed the entire experience and really appreciate the help from the host. Anyone seeking accommodation in Chiang Mai should consider this place, it is absolutely awesome!

숙소의 위치는 마야몰 1분 거리여서 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소 내부는 2명이 생활하기에 살짝 좁았지만 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다. 내부 청결도는 관리가 잘 되어있어서 매우 깔끔했습니다. 초반에 창가와 침대에 개미들이 발견되어 불편했지만, 호스트님이 조치해주신 이후로는 개미가 발견되지 않았습니다. 그래서 마지막까지는 매우 만족스러운 생활을 하였습니다. 또한 호스트님과의 소통은 원활하며 피드백도 빠른 편입니다. 경비원분들이 너무 친절하시며 특히 밤에 근무하시는 분이 특히 정감이 갈 정도로 친절하십니다. 다른 후기에 소음에 대한 의견들이 있는데, 저희는 크게 문제되지 않았습니다. 비행기소리는 밤에는 안들리며, 도로의 자동차 소리도 아침에만 살짝 들리는 정도입니다. 치앙마이에서 님만해민은 전체적으로 깔끔한 지역이라 이곳에 숙소를 잡으신다면, 여기를 추천합니다. 저희는 마야몰 쇼핑을 자주했기 때문에 마야몰에 가까운 숙소 위치가 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 치앙마이에 재방문시 다시 한번 지내고 싶은 콘도입니다.

This is our second time here and Yumi and Geoff are as nice as ever! They have a cute cat Misty that will visit and wait on the door. The place is really nice and spacious and has a nice outdoor area. Looking forward to staying here again!

Better than the pictures. Wonderful place closes enough to everything you want to do, but far away enough that is quiet and peaceful when you want to be home. Cari’s was also very helpful with the booking. I made a mistake with my original booking and she helped me fix my booking mistake right away and very easily. Saved me a good amount of money, which other host haven’t done in the pass. Absolutely recommend this place. Is definitely a place I will return to.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Nice clean apartment in a convenient location just outside of the heart of Chiang Mai. I loved the fact that the location was not located in the old city which gave me a chance to explore more of Chiang Mai. Clean, confortable with access to gym, infinity pool, numerous shops on site such as a coffee shop, massages and there is a 7-eleven located perfectly across the road. Would recommend 100%

Had a lovely stay at Cindy’s condo. It was nice and spacious, and even had a washing machine which was very handy. The highlight for us was the gym on the top floor - we used it every day. Nice to come back to such good aircon after walking around the city.

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

The apartment at the Astra Condo was so great. We felt so incredibly comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the apartment was modern, very clean and fully equipped. The location is ideal for quickly reaching everything. Arthit is super kind and communication was always easy and courteous. We would have loved to stay much longer.
