The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

In the bathroom there is a bathtub as well as a large walk-in shower with a wellness shower head and a normal shower (towels). The large living and dining room is bright and flooded with light. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and coffee machine. Lockable garage for bicycles.

The Woifeschtnescht, open for you since 2024! The cozy upstairs apartment is located in a quiet location without transit traffic, directly on the long-distance hiking trails. With two bedrooms incl. double beds and an additional sofa bed, the Woifeschtnescht can accommodate up to 5 people. Enjoy the large garden with a view. The historic center of St. Martin is only a five-minute walk away. A parking space right by the house ensures a stress-free arrival.

The train station is a 5-minute walk away and a bus stop with connections to the surrounding villages, Hambach Castle and the city center is right outside the door.
