Idyllic break in the Palatinate

The apartment was equipped as shown. Simple but modern and clean. The living room atmosphere is still a bit sterile without ambient lighting, but the apartment also seems to be quite new. The check in was easy, we were very satisfied with the stay.

Very nice, quiet apartment! Modern and cozy furnishings. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. We caught the first hot days and yet it was pleasantly cool in the apartment even at night. The view of the Palatinate Forest, the Wingert, the Rhine Valley and the Hambach Castle are a small highlight. From the apartment you can start your hikes directly, use the great local outdoor swimming pool and simply leave the car behind, as everything is within walking distance. Thanks also to Dirk & Carolin for the simple and friendly communication! :)

Good place to stay at in Maikammer. It’s centrally located, but quiet. Parking available. The decor from the 70s/80s could be updated, but everything is clean and in very good condition. Nice big TV. There was a small kitchen, but we did not use that (staying near family). My toddler daughter and myself had a nice stay there and would stay again. I became a fan of the rock salt lamp in the room, as I think it helped us sleep well :-). Good value for money.

Everything is correct with the description, even more ... in reality it is much more beautiful! Great cottage, with a history. Beautifully restored and furnished. Everything is present to make the stay pleasant and perfect. Your own oasis in a very romantic village in the middle of the wine region. For us, it is THE most romantic village in the area, and the cottage fits perfectly (super romantic). Great restaurants within walking distance, bakery... and supermarket (by bike). Cycling in the region is also great, and well organized... Walks in nature are also definitely recommended... and of course the wine sales.... MMMM what a time. In short, we definitely recommend this cottage! 1 small minus point (very small point), streaming via the wifi is difficult, for example to watch programs from home or listen to music. The WiFi sometimes went down ...

There were four of us in Sankt Martin Sylvester and we felt very comfortable in Janice's spacious apartment. The well-equipped kitchen has allowed us to prepare a nice meal. (It was of course too cold for the use of the large covered and nicely furnished terrace.) Sankt Martin is a pretty and cozy little wine village with beautiful houses and restaurants surrounded by vineyards on the edge of the Palatinate Forest.

The address was easy to find. There is a corresponding signpost on the main road. Our much too early arrival was no problem for Ms. Zöller. The apartment is very spacious, bright and friendly. The bathroom is also very well equipped with a bathtub and shower. The living and dining area are very spacious and cozy. In the open kitchen, there was everything we needed. And of course, there was also a corresponding selection of wines. The environment is rural and very beautiful. Hikes, bike tours, etc. are very possible here. And short walks through the beautiful vineyards right next door are also worthwhile. We have learned that even in this small town, you have to book seats in the restaurant. Thank you, Zöller family, for the wonderful time with you.

We stayed at the property for a week. It is definitely a great location & a small beautiful town where you can walk a lot. The apartment was cozily furnished & in the kitchen was everything you could ever need. Not everything was sparkling clean & you can see that you are used there, especially in the kitchen, but that was okay. The garbage cans outside didn't bother us either. All in all, it was a beautiful experience & a great, successful stay.

The accommodation at Karin's was great. It is modernly furnished. Upon arrival, Karin was already waiting for us and gave us good advice for activities in the area. A bottle of wine in the refrigerator and beautiful roses on the table also welcomed us. Thank you again for this. The equipment of the apartment is perfect. Whether coffee, hair dryer or salt and pepper or dishwasher tabs and so on. Everything is there, so you can just concentrate on your vacation. We had a very nice time there.
