Happy to come back. The accommodation was spacious and had everything you needed. Stephan welcomed us nicely, quickly informed us of everything we needed to know, and answered open questions. We had a nice time at his place and it was great that there was a parking space.

I had a good experience and would recommend the place, as it is spacious, in central location. The host was very kind . Quickly replied my questions and was very helpful.

Super thankful that Lubna waited for me till midnight for my very late check-in due to my work schedule! The location is fantastic, with lots of great cafés and restaurants around. 5–7 min walk to Südbahnhof, yet a peaceful street. You do hear the train at night if the windows are open, but with them closed, the noise is well isolated. Not a problem for me to sleep at all. The apartment is a big studio, with the entrance leading directly to a kitchen-cum-living room, then a small path to the bedroom area with bathroom. There’s no door between the living room and bedroom — not quite what I imagined from the photos, but still nice for me. The kitchen is well-equipped, with spices, sauces, cutlery, frying oil, etc. I’d suggest adding olive oil — would be lovely for salad! Just a personal preference :) In general, I enjoyed my time here very much. It was an extremely busy week, but this place was a little oasis where I could rest!

Maria is very friendly and hospitable. She met us to let us into the apartment which is very cozy and clean. Both my husband and I mentioned that it would be a very comfortable and functional place for an extended stay. Lovely furnishings and art, easy to get to, and with a good local grocery store, bakery, and restaurant(s). We would be delighted to stay with Maria again and would recommend her place wholeheartedly. Vielen herzlichen dank, Maria!

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at this lovely apartment in Frankfurt with our son and three grandchildren. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home away from home for our family. One of the highlights was the apartment's convenient location. It was perfectly situated with easy access to public transportation, allowing us to explore the city effortlessly. We appreciated being close to various attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was safe and family-friendly, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we felt very much at home and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Frankfurt. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Something very special! Nevertheless, I would like to say: "stay away! And leave this peaceful and secluded place all for us";) you feel right like a big landowner and like you are alone in the world. You rent a small village with three buildings that give a wonderful feeling of your "own farm". Great!

My stay with Evelyn was short and uncomplicated. On arrival, we missed each other because my train was delayed, but I had received the information from her for the self check-in by key safe and everything necessary to find my way around, so that I still had access to the apartment and could arrive in peace. The apartment and the garden are beautifully green. Because I was traveling a lot, we only saw each other shortly before my departure and had a pleasant conversation and I was able to get to know the little rabbits :) On my next visit to Darmstadt I will book again :)

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for all of your tremendous help. I am also incredibly thankful for warm hospitality. The proximity to the S-Bahn and Lidl, as well as the breathtaking views of the mountains and scenery around the house, truly make this place extraordinary. Our long term house rental was the best choice possible. The owners are very helpful, kind, and hospitable. On the other hand, a cozy home, perfect location, well-equipped, clean, and modern. We didn't miss anything during a few months.

The Schaum family was incredibly warm and hospitable. We were very nicely received directly upon arrival and felt comfortable from the beginning. We were particularly impressed by the helpfulness: when it suddenly started to rain in the evening at dinner in the restaurant, the family even offered to pick us up by car - that was really exceptionally nice! A great accommodation with equally great hosts – absolutely recommended!

Ali is very nice man, he helped me find the house and was very polite when handing over the room.
