Das 95qm große Haus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer, 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. Kostenlses WLAN steht zur Verfügung. Eladestation ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Dieses wunderschöne kleine Häusschen befindet sich am Ortsrand und hat ein grosses, fest eingezäuntes Grundstück (ca. 1500 qm), ideal für Familien, Hundebesitzer und Naturfreunde. Vom Küchentisch und vom Bett aus kann man direkt auf die Pferde und die Berge schauen. Wirklich ein wundervoller Ausblick. 😍 Der große Kachelofen macht es super gemütlich, auch an kälteren Tagen. 2 E-Bikes können gegen Gebühr ausgeliehen werden + Reiten 🏇

Die Tische im Hof laden im Sommer zum Entspannen oder zu einem idylischen Frühstück im Grünen ein. Für die Kleinen gibt es einen Sandkasten. In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books.
