My house is in a small village.It is very quiet there. In the garden behind the house you have a pond for a real good relaxing. In the ground floor theres an open living room with the kitchen. The first floor offers two sleeping rooms. My house is very bright and charming. When you leave, you are directly in the nature. Very good for walking or biking. In the next village you can get what you need. The highway is about 6 km away. You want to relax or you look for a cosy place, you have to rent my house. If you want to visit Heidelberg or Rothenburg you can drive in 1 hour.To Wertheim, Würzburg or Heilbronn you have to drive 30 minutes.Enjoy

From the kitchen table and from the bed you can look directly at the horses and the mountains. Really a wonderful view. 😍 The large tiled stove makes it super cozy, even during colder days. 2 e-bikes can be rented for a fee + horseback riding 🏇

Welcome to IFAM - Your vacation home on the Main! The quiet and cozy vacation home is located in a quiet residential area in the old town of Zellingen. In the immediate vicinity you can stroll along the Main, go cycling or hiking. The accommodation is an ideal starting point for extensive cycling tours into the Franconian wine country. The cultural city of Würzburg is also only 15 kilometers away and is perfect for a day trip.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. In our Klosterblick apartment, you not only have a unique view of the former Benedictine abbey, the monastery garden and our beautiful Einhardbasilika, you are also only a three-minute walk from our market square and Freihofplatz. There you will find bakers, butchers, boutiques and the most beautiful and romantic restaurants in the city. Here you can admire our beautiful old town with its traditional half-timbered houses.
