Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

Cottage2Rest

Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. 🌿 Die Wilde Hilde – Outdoor wellness on the outskirts Get out of the hustle and bustle, into the tiny house feeling: The Wilde Hilde awaits you on the quiet outskirts of Rieden. 🛖 With a lovely garden, sauna🔥, outdoor shower 🚿 and a bathtub 🛁, it is a real feel-good place. Here you can switch off, soak up the sun ☀️ and end the day under the starry sky ✨. 💶 Note: Use of the hot tub is optional and can be booked on site for an additional €50.

Quiet living near the city (Tiny House)

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the annex. It is in a very quiet location, but with good connections to Frankfurt, Fulda and Aschaffenburg. It is important to us that you feel at home and take a break from everyday life. Our apartment is comfortable and equipped to a high standard. We pay great attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and therefore also charge a general cleaning fee of €35. Fresh bed linen and towels are included.

The "Kleine Stall" stands for deceleration, sustainability and real village life. Our lovingly renovated apartment combines historic charm with modern comfort – ecologically built. The bungalow with pool, sauna, gym and large terrace is a unique oasis of retreat, located just 10 minutes from downtown. On a total area of 150 m², you can relax in a stylish ambience, equipped with high-quality furnishings and all the amenities that allow a fully extensive feel-good stay. This includes a creatively designed sauna next to the pool, as well as an in-house gym. The loft-like living area completes the overall look.

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.

Welcome to our lovingly run guest house complex with a total of 5 houses – idyllically located on the Rhönstrand, in the middle of the Rhön biosphere reserve. Feel free to check out the other places we offer! By the way: each apartment has its own private hot tub included. Furthermore, we have a shared sauna on our premises for a fee.
