Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

Cottage2Rest

Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. Furnished studio apartment

We rent out our lovingly renovated and fully equipped attic apartment in the main house of our farm. The multi-generational farm is situated in a secluded location about 400 m before the idyllic village of Greußenheim, 12 km west of Würzburg. The apartment is about 50 m², fully equipped and has a new fitted kitchen. A parking space for a car is available. The nearest bus stop is about a five-minute walk away (direction: Würzburg and Marktheidenfeld).

Quiet living near the city (Tiny House)

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the annex. It is in a very quiet location, but with good connections to Frankfurt, Fulda and Aschaffenburg. It is important to us that you feel at home and take a break from everyday life. Our apartment is comfortable and equipped to a high standard. We pay great attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and therefore also charge a general cleaning fee of €35. Fresh bed linen and towels are included.

Welcome to your exclusive oasis. Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.

The tiny house is located on the premises of Holzwerke Gleitsmann. As a result, the neighborhood has an industrial character. However, the sawmill is closed and out of operation.
