Das gemütliche Appartment besteht aus einem großen Raum im Erdgeschoss, mit angrenzendem Bad sowie einem Obergeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Es befindet sich im liebevoll renovierten ehemaligen Stallgebäude unseres Bauernhauses. Dieses liegt in einem ländlichen aber ortsnahen Teil von Tettnang ca. 8 km vom Bodensee entfernt. Die Wohnung vereint den Charme ehemaliger bäuerlicher Nutzung mit einer modernen Ausstattung. Der Kamin bietet gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit ein besonderes Ambiente.

Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ideal für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

The city center of Constance can be reached in a few minutes by bus, train, bicycle or car. The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Dear guests, Our apartment is located in the small beautiful Daisendorf and is perfect for relaxing from everyday life due to its location. It is part of a detached house where I live with my family. You have direct access to our spacious garden, which is surrounded by idyllic fields and a forest. Of course, you can share it. A parking space for your car is also included.
