Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Lovely newly built apartment close to the water

You wake up rested in the comfy queen size bed in an apartment that still smells new. You arrived last night at Arlanda airport, and after a mere 15 min drive you were there, at the apartment in the house with the big garden, at the lake Norrviken. You decide to go for a morning swim and take a walk to the closest jetty, hidden among the trees a block away. Then you head off to explore Stockholm, which is just a 25 min drive away. At night you decide to cook dinner at home and put your feet up.

Cosy, private studio near Stockholm city

Newly renovated, fresh studio with own entrance and bathroom in private part of villa. The house is located in a quiet part of Älvsjö but only 25 min to Stockholm city and 4km to the Stockholm international fair. The Studio has a complete kitchen (incl. washing machine) with cozy dining area. It is Scandinavian decorated with great accuracy and a lot of charm. Wifi is provided. Enjoy fresh bedlinnen and towels upon your arrival and included cleaning upon departure, like in a better hotel :-)

Ramhäll-an idyll in the countryside

Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Newly renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Föreställ dig att du efter en kort 15 minuters bilfärd kan befinna dig mitt i Stockholms historiska centrum, omgiven av kulturarv, ikoniska byggnader och en uppsjö av nöjesmöjligheter.

15 min med bil till medeltidsstaden Arboga Egen entré från gården. Boendet består av ett allrum med utsikt över ängar och hästhage. Braskamin .våningssäng 1,2 m bredd. Skrivbord . Fåtöljer. Dörr ut mot altan. Ett sovrum med våningssäng .2 Garderober. Ett fönster . Tv rum med pentry kokplatta micro kylskåp och diskho. utsikt mot gården i väster. Wc och dusch utsikt mot kyrkan. Nära skogen med bär, svamp och vilda djur, härliga promenad stigar i närmiljön.

Lugnet i skogen

Boendet ligger mycket naturnära. De vilda djuren, tillgången till skogen och lugnet är fantastiskt. Samtidigt är det bara 5 minuter, så är du på motorvägen mot Stockholm (1 tim.), Trosa (20 min) eller Nyköping med Skavsta flygplats (30 min). Chansen att se vilda djur här är nästan 100%, mest hjortar. Vill ni vara säkra på att se älgar, vildsvin etc. kan vi rekommendera en vilddjurspark på Öster malma, bara 20 min härifrån.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Four seasons house in the town where Sweden has begun. Located in Sigtuna (The first capital in Sweden) in a central but quiet area. Comfortable, newly build, self-contained studio, 25m2, including a private outdoor place. Located in a nice quiet area within walking distance to the town centre of Sigtuna (Old Viking town).
