On a large sunny plot full of fruit trees is this newly renovated house. The house is in a quiet area close to nice forest walks, swimming, shopping and good connections to Stockholm city by both bus and boat. Next to the area, there is an 18+12 hole golf course with a large restaurant and bar. You will also find a pizzeria and barbecue within walking distance. The house has an open and airy upper floor with all the amenities needed for pleasant socializing. You have access to the sauna, ping pong table and guest house.

Summer Cottage by the Sea

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

Nestled in a peaceful village our cabin is only 200m from a beautiful lake with a quiet beach which is ideal for swimming or fishing. Set on 5,000 sqm of natural land we are surrounded by trees and wildlife. Our cabin is 35 sq meters but very cosy and painted traditional Swedish red with white trim. We have a spacious balcony which is ideal for dining and a large outdoor space which is great for bbqs. Inside you'll find a cozy living space with a new kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and bedroom.

Lovely villa next to forest. 5 decks, 4 min walk to a glacial lake through the trees. Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.
