Epic location—right on the ocean, which made for a deeply calming personal retreat. I got to know Malibu in a whole new way. Everything about the stay was seamless: incredibly clean, smooth check-in, and top-notch communication. Malibu Suites was professional from start to finish.

This place is amazing! If you are looking for an affordable house ON THE BEACH with LOTS of beds then this is your place! It’s not state of the art or completely upgraded, but it is so cozy. We were there with 5 small children and 6 adults and we were never in each others way. The beach itself is beautiful and the outdoor shower is a perfect addition to this beach get away. There are lots of amenities provided so don’t stress! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach loungers, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, hand soap, outdoor shower, hose, grill with gas hook up, bedding, blender, coffee maker, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens…so much! Bring some WD 40 for the tar you might get on your feet and make sure you put the trash cans out ON SUNDAY NIGHT! The trash man comes EARLY Monday morning. The recycle only gets picked up every other Monday so don’t stress if it doesn’t get emptied…the schedule is on the fridge. Also, the knives are TERRIBLE! If you like to cook you might want to bring a few of your own. I hesitate to leave a good review because we plan to return and I don’t want it to be unavailable but it is awesome!!! Communicate early with TREE if you have questions. They will get back to you but not right away. We would just call the number and send a message on the app and they would eventually get back to us. Enjoy your stay! Check all of the drawers before you leave. There are tons of dressers and it’s easy to leave things behind.

What a great beach getaway. Steps from the beach and water, very quiet house even with all the neighboring homes being stacked close (as is the custom on the beach). Absolutely enjoyed the space which made our vacation amazing.

What a lovely little home! The yard is like a tropical secret garden with so much cooking and lounge space, the perfect place for a barbecue or morning coffee. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen seemed newly renovated with upgraded appliances and everything you could need. A short walk to the beach and to the restaurants on Seaward. Great location, and a very comfortable space! We will stay again!

Absolutely Charming Stay in Montrose! We had such a wonderful stay at Gillan’s adorable cottage in the Montrose neighborhood near Pasadena. The moment we walked in the cottage, we felt like doing a happy dance. It was cozy, inviting, and immediately felt like home. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for, with thoughtful touches throughout. The fun, eclectic artwork all around the cottage added personality and made the space feel unique. The location was also perfect for our trip—we were in town for a concert at the Rose Bowl, and the cottage was an ideal home base. Montrose itself is a hidden gem of a neighborhood, full of charming shops and great local restaurants. Gillan was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and quick to help when we had a minor issue with the internet. Thanks to her fast support, it was resolved in minutes. We genuinely loved everything about this stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this lovely cottage again. Thanks, Gillan!

I would definitely recommend anyone staying here. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly to messages . The house is close enough to any arena/stadium/event around Inglewood. It is also super close to some great breakfast/lunch spots to eat. I went for a concert but I think it's a great place to stay at regardless if you have an event to attend or not.

I loved staying at Angie’s place. The cottage was very zen and there was plenty of space for 2. Angie made the check in process super easy. I loved the coffee and that there were games in the cottage. I loved playing the Pac-Man game. The bed was very comfortable and the space was very clean. The location was perfect! We easily drove to UCLA and other neighborhoods. There is a cute coffee shop with in walking distance. Parking was easy. Lastly, Angie was always responsive, kind, and flexible!

Yonah’s bungalow was just right for our visit to LA. Good location and plenty of room for 4 adults. Very clean & modern with a nice outdoor space. Located in a good neighborhood with parking. We will stay there again!

Kris’s place was a perfect place to crash for me and my friends over the weekend. She had everything we needed and was very quick to respond whenever we had any questions

Really lovely bungalow in a quiet neighborhood in Silver Lake. We loved the outdoor spaces and seating in the backyard as well as on the front porch, and the kitchen was well-appointed. Easy to walk to the reservoir and all of the cafes and shops in the neighborhood, as well as to get around by Uber from this location. Jared was very responsive when the outside lights over the front door and steps weren't working and had them repaired the next day, which we appreciated greatly as there are quite a few steps to get up to the house. Would love to stay there again!
