Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem Rbnb in Lovran, Kroatien. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants, die lokale Spezialitäten anbieten. Unsere Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen entspannten Urlaub an der kroatischen Küste suchen!

Overall great stay at Emin's! He met you when you arrived, showed us the apartment, and gave us a whole bunch of recommendations and restaurants! The best thing about staying at Emin's is the location! It is a very short walk (down a pretty steep hill- so be prepared if you have disabilities or troubling walking) right down to the coast which just had so many restaurants and tour stuff to do. Just an absolutely lovely experience and highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt bei Valentina und Hrvoje war sensationell. Erst einmal ist die herausragende Ausstattung hervorzuheben. In diesem AirBnB gibt es alles an Grundlagen, die man jemals brauchen könnte. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Zudem muss man die Gastgeber persönlich sehr loben. Auf unsere Anfragen wurde sehr schnell und angemessen reagiert. Da der Whirlpool leider von den Vormietern kaputt gemacht wurde wandten wir uns an sie und bekamen sofort eine angemessene Rückerstattung. Super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, jedoch empfehlen wir die Anreise mit Auto. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem nicht zu touristischen Ort Kroatiens.

We hebben met z'n zessen erg genoten van het verblijf in Matulji. Ondanks dat de tuin aan het spoor zit, hebben we hier geen last van gehad. de trein komt namelijk maar een paar keer per dag. de tuin is prachtig onderhouden en het zwembad was super fijn. De ruimtes binnen waren wat aan de warme/benauwde kant, door de rolluiken. De voorzieningen waren top, de keuken goed uitgerust en voldoende barbecue-tools. Goed om te weten dat de hosts boven het verblijf wonen en veel aandacht aan de tuin moeten geven om deze zo goed te onderhouden. Hierdoor misten wij soms wel wat privacy, omdat er regelmatig iemand in de tuin aan het rommelen is terwijl jij bij het zwembad ligt. Mocht je heel erg op je privacy gesteld zijn, dan raad ik aan dit verblijf te heroverwegen. Sommigen van ons vonden het praatje met de host een paar keer per dag juist heel erg gezellig. Josip was erg vriendelijk en super behulpzaam.

Ankica is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a drink and chat, and offered a safe place to keep our bikes. She gave us recommendations of the area and in the morning brought us a lovely baked treat. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and in a great location. :)

We had a very lovely time in the accommodation as well as in Malinska. Port, Restaurants and a small local Beach within walking distance. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable and had a nice terasse in the garden outside. It was very comfy & well air conditioned. Communication was very fast, nice and helpful with the host. If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Ivana und ihr Mann lassen in der Unterkunft keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist so wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet, dass man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt . Ivana betreut ihre gäste schon von dem Zeitpunkt der Buchung an bis zum Abschied. Meine Fragen wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten sehr gut und ausführlich beantwortet. Ivana hat wertvolle Tipps was essen und Unternehmungen angeht. Sie und ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Zum Abschied reisen sie extra an und beschenken ihre Gäste. Wir waren sehr gerne in dem Haus und fühlten uns sehr wohl .

Fantastisk uge tilbragt i Villa Mikolina. 9 personer i alderen 1-71 år og der var helt perfekt for alle. Super lækker luksus bolig med den smukkeste udsigt over vandet og med lækre faciliteter. Dejlig varm og stor pool og alt var i en liga for sig selv. Bageren lå lige for enden af indkørslen og stranden var få minutters gang væk. Store flotte værelser, lækre badeværelser, dejligt fitnessrum. Derudover en super vært ( Marija ) som har været fantastisk lige fra vi først spurgte på huset til vi forlod det. Vi kommer klart retur til Villa Mikolina. Det er det smukkeste hus vi nogensinde har boet i.

Wer sich erholen und Ruhe genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Herrliche Aussicht auf der schönen Terasse. Liebevoll eingerichteter Haus, mit allem was man braucht! Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke auch an die Gastgeber.

Kiva vastaanotto ja rento asunnon esittely. Maisema asunnolta oli kaunis, jonka vuoksi terassilla vietimme paljon aikaa. Asunnon sijainti oli hyvä ja siitä oli helppo mennä kaupungille. Ilta-aurinko teki kauniin auringonsillan ja hyvä viini lämmitti, joka jätti kivan muiston ajasta, jonka saimme viettää asunnossa.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Les hôtes sont accueillants et gentils. L'endroit est très agréable, avec un grand jardin vert pour le chien et frais grâce à l'ombre. Nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse. L'emplacement est impeccable : près de la mer, et magasins, restaurants à proximité. Pas besoin de voiture, on peut aller partout à pied. C'est un espace plaisant qui nous permet rester tranquille en toute intimité. L'appartement à notre arrivée était propre, le wifi marchait bien même sur la terrasse, les équipements bien présents comme indiqués sur l'annonce. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille avec notre chien. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Ich und 3 meiner Freunde waren für knapp eine Woche in der Wohnung. Alles war Super der Pool war auch topp. Zu Fuss ist man in 5 min am Strand. Und mit dem Auto sind andere schöne Stadte (15-35) min erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein super airbnb!
