Warm and Cozy 1 Room apartment centrally located in the city of Malmö. Simply Furnished and effciently designed with Scandinavian livingstyle in mind. Suitable for wide range of people from weekend travellers, city tourers or business trips. Apartment is centrally located with bus-stop just outside the apartment. the buses run every 10min during the day and every 20 minute after midnight. The buses run directly to the central station. High Speed Internet for one who love to work as they travel.

There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Welcome to my home, This is my main residence which can accommodate 2 persons max. I rent it out when I am on work travel. It is calm and sunny and I hope you will enjoy your stay here. You will have access to the whole apartment with the kitchen and all its furniture which you can use. Fresh and nice apartment. One bedroom with Kingsize bed. Kitchen, bathroom with shower. Livingroom with a big couch. It is a ”pullout sofa” for 2 people to sleep. A dining area for 4 people. (See pictures) 15 minutes by bus to Malmö Central. Free parking for 2 vehicles. The apartment is 50m2 (square metres) I’m a helpful, communicative and flexible host. Feel free to ask me anything.
