Promenadstråk längs havet med utsikt över Öresundsbron, stora grönytor och lekplats finns på bara några minuters gångavstånd. Cykelavstånd till härliga stränder. Bussen tar dig snabbt till Hyllie, Malmö och Köpenhamn.

Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.
