Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic center of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with an emphasis on detail, comfort and functionality. The dominant feature of the studio is a spacious and extremely comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, which guarantees perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

A romantic summer on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded location in nature, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

Hillside House Lipno

Detached house just a few meters from the bobsleigh track in Lipno nad Vltavou. The house offers spacious rooms for 12 - 14 people, a large dining room - a lounge, an equipped kitchen including a microwave and a dishwasher, a spacious terrace with a grill, a pergola for children, a heated saltwater pool, a large garden, a games room, Wii, Netflix and WI-FI. Enough space to park up to 5 cars. 10 minutes walk to Lipno Marina, supermarket and ski lifts, 15 minutes to the treetop trail.

Loučovice is a place for outdoor and nature lovers, not so much for people looking for restaurants or night life like is it in the centre of Lipno The appartment accommodates up to 7 (4 beds+3 sofa beds). It has the main room with a kitchenette, a master bedroom, smaller bedroom and a hall. There's a bathroom and 2 WC ! lowered ceilings - 2m!

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.

Lake House Hůrka

A house in a secluded area, with a magnificent view of Lipno and the possibility of activities for large groups with children both in summer and winter. The house has a swimming pool, outdoor seating with a kitchen and plenty of space for sports and relaxation.
