Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Manchester

It was really lovely. We’d booked a few of the rooms and had a very pleasant stay. The internet did go down at some point, but as we were mostly out and about, it didn’t bother us much. The hosts were friendly, and the value for money was excellent

Great place, had a nice chat with a room neighbour. Everything was clean and my stay was pleasant. The check in was a little frustrating as the door was hard to open. I'm not sure if it was me but it would repeatedly not open before magically unlocking. It's also a little far from a tram stop (only 10-15mins walk) but close to bus stops. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and a clean shower was well appreciated after a concert (NIN, peel it back tour).

Great room, nice and spacious, comfy bed. I met Rob at check in, I was able to come and go as I wanted. The area was quiet (so was the house, I didn't know Rob and Kelvin were there!) I would recommend this place. Parking isn't the easiest due to streets being full everywhere, but I found a spot in the next road, but this didn't bother me.

Izabela is a great host. The house was spotless and the room was perfect for my needs. Will definitely use again!

BEAUTIFUL place in a lovely community, very walkable! Back garden is lovely and basement washing machine/dryer keep the noise away. Beds are on the soft side and incredibly comfy - very spacious as well. The kind of place where you'd happy walk around barefeet as well. Lovely bathroom with amazing shower

Hannah's place was very comfortable and as described in the listing. She was there to let me in at my planned arrival time. It included things that I hadn't expected, like a small table and a hairdryer in the room, access to free tea and coffee, and sofas in the large kitchen. it is in a very quiet location which suited me perfectly.

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

This place is fantastic. It's so well located for absolutely everything, it's exactly as advertised and the rooftop hideaway was a beauty little gem! Great communication, very clear instructions for access and parking, cannot fault it and wouldn't want to. Thanks!

The apartment is located in central Manchester , with tram, bus , train station close by. Many restaurants of all kinds near by. The flat is on first floor and the lift was not working. A lady from the shop in ground floor helped us to carry the luggage up. Dominic was very responsive through messaging, though there was an initial confusion about the instructions for getting in. He was also kind enough to let us do an early checkin. The second double bed is on the mezzanine floor above kitchen and the stairs access to that is a little unstable. One has to be careful when climbing up and down. Kitchen has adequate amenities like oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine. and very limited consumables like tea/ coffee powder and some milk.

This is by far the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. Amy is the best host, great communication before during and after and great tips and advice about the area. The place is an absolute dream to stay… very stylish interior with absolutely everything you need. And the location is close to great cafes, restaurants and pubs. Book this place if you can!

My teenage daughters and I stayed at James’s place, it was easy to access, communication was great with James and a small issue whilst it couldn’t be rectified at the time (it didn’t bother me) he informed me it was fixed after we left which is great. There was a local store to get bits and pieces of food and drink. Easy access to Manchester and a view of the river from the back of the property. The girls said it was also good for tiktok’s or Insta posts as it had good mirrors!

A beautiful studio in an excellent location. Jacquie was really helpful with instructions and check in, and communicative throughout our short stay. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed. Would love to come and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment! The space was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. One of the highlights was the stunning view, it made morning and night feel special. The apartment is also in a fantastic location, just a short walk to great restaurants, shops and other amenities, which made exploring the area super convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay with a view! Thank you ❤️

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

Warren was an absolutely incredible host, excellent communication throughout the entire process and provided us with clear instructions and recommendations for both parking and local food locations. The place is beautiful, looks just like the photos, one of the beds is slightly smaller than expected but definitely suitable for a smaller person. We stayed as a group for one night and found it easy to access and utilise all the facilities. The space was clean and felt safe. Warren was flexible to us checking in later and was responsive throughout. Overall, I would massively recommend! We loved our stay!

Garry was a great host! Upon arrival, the directions was clear and easy to check in! Garry has plenty of local knowledge providing everything you need to know, great central location close to everything you need!

stayed for a total of 5 nights, spotlessly clean and space large enough for 2 people. off street parking, so quiet, well stocked fridge with jams milk etc. I really liked the bedside table that included to USB charging points. will definitely stay again when I am next visiting
