Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

Beautiful home with a great location! We stayed with our toddler for a few nights and had everything we could have needed. We loved being walking distance to shops and restaurants, access to included parking and toys in the home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It’s well-equipped, quiet, and offers a stunning view. Every room has air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The private garage - with an electric door - easily accommodated our Kia Sportage. A lovely bonus was the bakery located right below the building, offering fresh pastries, croissants, cakes, and sandwiches. Cyrielle was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Very good location, with a walkable distance to the centre (market and castle hill/le suquet). Rooms were clean and tidy, there is also 3 showers. the entrance doesn't have steps so really easy for baby buggies. Thierry is very kind and always reply quickly to your messages. I would definitely recommend to stay at his place.

We had a lovely stay! Quiet and peaceful environment, close to many places to visit. In addition, the accommodation is very comfortable and well suited to animals. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk from the center and parking included in the rental (which is well appreciated because it is complicated to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus in view of the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and maybe a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

Jul’s place is so thoughtfully designed, it was a delight to stay there! You literally could not get closer to the old town if you tried. The condo is about 2 blocks from the beginning of the Old town district and a 5 min walk out to the water. Jul provided a very detailed guide book with many local recommendations—super helpful when you’re only in town a few days and trying to decide what to do! Him and his brother in law were very responsive and helpful. And the patio was lovely to sit on! Kitchen is super well equipped—we cooked dinner in one night and enjoyed on the patio. Hope we can visit again some time!

An absolute delight. The studio is beautiful with easy accessibility with the bus stop right outside the apartment and a beach as soon as you walk out. Isabelle is very helpful and the warmest host. Absolutely recommend it for your stay at Cannes.

Have a great weekend. The apartment is very nice , the outside with barbecue is very nice and the parking space is a plus. Laurie and her spouse are very welcoming and have great tips for discovering the region.

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

What an amazing stay with Pascale & Franck! The place is super child friendly with lots of toys and games and the flat is really private with lots of space. The kitchen has everything you could need and Pascale even left us a few little treats in the fridge on arrival. There is a little bakery 5mins walk from the door and there is a big Carrefore about 5mins drive away so really convenient. Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Mougins etc are all really accessible too.

Amazing house. We stayed here for a bachelorette and it was perfect for our group. The house was so charming. Oliver did a great job responding to all of our needs quickly. Would stay here again!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Erika and her husband's house is awesome!Convenient location, very beautiful sea view when you go out, good privacy, and you can park.The room is big and clean and tidy.There is a swimming pool in the yard where you can sunbathe on a deck chair.The host provided a very detailed Antibes guide, and there are beautiful bikes to ride.Very enthusiastic host, I will choose to stay again next time!

One of the best experience I had till now. Corinne was a great host who made sure that we do not have any problem accessing her very beautiful and highly advanced interiors at her apartment. She made sure that we do not have any trouble during our stay. There was an instance that induction of the kitchen gave an error while we were cooking breakfast. Corinne immediately came up to rescue , considering our time and opened her daughter's apartment to continue cooking. She also spend some good time with us and shared lots of details on what is worth visiting and all her recommendations were mind blowing and unique. we thoroughly enjoyed staying and vacationing from her recommendations. We had originally booked for 2 nights only but after seeing her house, location and courtsey we extended for 1 more night. Very well done Corrine. I have my highest recommendations. We will definitely come back to this apartment. regards

The apartment is well-equipped, access is private and secure, Flo's tourist guide is very helpful. Underground garage, swimming pool, paddle board, location facing the sea are notable advantages. Great place in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You can reach the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful host.

Excellent! Thanks to the location in the port of Cogolin, my wife and I spent a weekend as I had imagined, well-equipped apartment, clean and perfectly located to do all the leisure activities that the coast offers, restaurant, beach, trips in the surroundings on foot or by car to easily discover the beauty of the landscapes of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

I would stay here every time. I stayed in another area before Remi’s and this location was perfect, super walkable and the area is pretty quiet. I honestly booked because I loved the Window in the studio and the view didn’t disappoint! Whenever I return, I just hope it’s not fully booked for me! 10/10! Definitely stay here for your Cannes trip!

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!
