Newly Remodeled | Cozy Beach Retreat + Ocean Views

Perfect spot for us. Location is very walkable, many good restaurants and shops nearby. Very close to the strand and beach. There is also an outdoor area which was lovely for the breeze and view. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay in El Segundo. It's in the quiet residential part of the city, and they have the entrance in a private gated patio that makes it feel safe and secluded. It had everything I needed for a week stay, including easy street parking right outside.

I had a great stay in El Segundo! The neighborhood is quiet and suburban, which made for a peaceful atmosphere, yet in true LA fashion, the location is still super convenient—just a few minutes from the beach and about 30 minutes to downtown. Stacy was fantastic—very communicative, always proactive, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. I was even allowed to use one of their bikes, which was perfect for getting around locally, and I had full access to the kitchen, which made the stay feel even more at home. Highly satisfied and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a laid-back stay with easy access to both the coast and the city!

It was beautiful. We had a wonderful view. We had plenty of access to everything if we wanted to walk or if we wanted to cruise. Fun amenities at the hotel, close to the beach. Very worth it. My partner and I will be staying here again.

Aaron was so much more welcoming than I could have even imagined! He was very easy to get along with and knows the area incredibly well, so every great recommendation also came with helpful navigation advice. The space was comfortable, casual, and I felt right at home during my stay. Hermosa Beach is lovely, and I really would encourage others to stay with Aaron and get to know this adorable neighborhood.

Let me start off by saying Amy's place is in the absolute best location! It's just steps to the beach, great walk to all the great restaurants and you get to see all the beautiful luxury beach homes on the way. The upstairs has so many windows that look out to beautiful ocean. I even loved doing the dishes because the view from the kitchen sink is so breathtaking. Amy was incredibly nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The only thing better than this property is the host, Rose. I made a last-minute booking, and she went above and beyond—offering attentive care before, during, and after my stay as if I’d booked well in advance. I was just grateful she accepted my late request, but her hospitality exceeded expectations. The location is fantastic: a clear ocean view and the sound of waves from a cozy patio, steps from the beach, and walking distance to cute cafes and a small Italian market. If you don’t snag street parking, a permitted lot is just a few blocks away (Rose provides the permit). The property was superbly spotless and felt like a true beach retreat. The shower is amazing, and thoughtful extras—like drinks, snacks, quality beach gear, and makeup washcloths (IYKYK)—made the stay even better.
