The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. After the somewhat bumpy approach over a short stretch of gravel road (parking on the street with a 50-100 m walk is of course also possible ;)) and the steps to the apartment are overcome, an oasis of peace awaits you far away from street noise and city stress. The lovingly furnished apartment invites you to relax & linger between hiking and mountain bike tours.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

In the middle of the sports community of Heddesheim is the lovingly renovated, spacious apartment for 1-7 people on the upper floor of our former farmhouse. You will find "4 bedrooms" (see pictures), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a kitchen with spacious dining area, as well as a living room and a large lounge area in the former granary for playing, listening to music, reading and chilling. A washing machine, dryer, 2 high chairs and 2 baby cribs are provided.

This wonderful 1 bedroom apartment disposes an open plan living room with a seating area with TV. The apartment can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children (1 sofa-bed in the living room or 1 separate childs bed). The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need - except oven or microwave - and there is a table for dining with 4 chairs in the room. The bedroom has a king size bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom is small and has a bathub.

Welcome to the holiday home Königshalle. Here you will find a lovingly furnished holiday home with space for 6 people spread over approx. 100 square meters. The living room on the 2nd floor has a fully equipped kitchen with cozy living/dining area and a tiled stove. With direct access to the covered terrace, you can enjoy outdoor dining in almost any weather. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and a guest toilet on the floor.

The lovingly renovated attic apartment with loggia offers stunning panoramic views of the Neckar Valley and the Kraichgau. There is an open kitchen, dining, living area and 2 bedrooms. A ladder staircase leads to the converted attic. The turn-of-the-century estate with sheep pasture and spring is located in front of the walls of the historic Dilsberg Castle and invites you to relax. The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.
