Amazing location. We loved our short walk through the dunes to a great, quiet spot on Manzanita beach. I've never had a master bedroom with a better view. It can not be beat. The home has a lovely, spacious, open floor plan with a great table for eating and games. The bathrooms and kitchen were well cleaned and the kitchen had all we needed to cook. Check in was easy, and Sunset to Sunset staff were very responsive and fast when we had a small issue. Cleaning staff professional and kind (ran into them as we were checking out.) You are best to assume owners will be present and active on their outdoor porch while you are there. They are kind and respectful, but you may experience their dog barking while they are out, the occasional smoke of cigar drifting down, or a phone conversation occurring overhead while you read on the porch. For us, that was all manageable, and together, with the owner above, we watched 4 bull elk walk the dunes right out the door on our last morning. Magic

We had a lovely stay. My wife and 21 month old daughter felt right at home. The location was so great and accommodating for us to walk everywhere we needed to go. The space was very quiet, private and even had some books and toys that entertained our daughter despite the things we brought for her. The only thing missing was a bath tub to give her a bath every night, but we made it work. The house was bright and had really great natural lighting with south and west facing windows. Traci was very communicative and helpful every step of the way. Would definitely come back again and recommend for small families!

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood and location was peaceful and just a short drive away from Manzanita. The yard was great for our kid and dog and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals there. The only thing that could have made the stay better was some blackout curtains/shades in the upstairs bedroom. We were sleeping there with our kid, and since there is no AC the room got very warm and very bright. It led to very early morning wake-ups and later put-downs for our toddler in that space.

Exactly as described! Very comfy. Close to everything. The view from the deck and the sounds of the ocean were perfect.

We absolutely loved this cozy waterfront cottage at Nehalem Bay! Kids especially appreciated all the games, books and toys. I was grateful for the incredibly well stocked kitchen and high quality appliances. It made cooking out meals easy and fun. A highlight of our trip was kayaking over to Riverside Fish n Chips followed by Buttercup ice cream cones. Also highly recommend Wanda’s for brunch. We stayed four nights and already want to come back again!

We had such a fun time at Kristin's place--lots to do in Manzanita with the beach and hiking options so close by. We felt right at home and loved the room full of all the art supplies as well as the multitude of musical instruments to play with in the living room. Kristin communicated clear instructions for the location and how to get in to the house. She also surprised us with some delicious treats--above and beyond anything we've found during other airbnb stays! As she clearly notes, there is a kinda steep hill down to get to the beach, but none of us had any issues with it (and two of us are seniors!) There was a farmers market in town on Friday, which was quite fun to go to and get dinner, as well as two grocery stores within walking distance. All around, its a great place to stay!

Cindy's cottage was the perfect place for our quick family weekend beach getaway. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well located near the beach and the promenade. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We had an amazing weekend at the Nestucca Nest! This property is perched on the hillside with breathtaking views of the river, ocean and Haystack rock. Great home for traveling families and access to the clubhouse, with use of the pool and gym were definitely a plus! Beautiful design, very clean and accommodating. This property comes highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

Great condo, quiet and the indoor heated pool was nice for our daughter. The fresh foods market was very convenient and was nicely stocked with a good selection of food during our stay.

Absolutely gorgeous view! I watched the sun set from an over-sized chair in the living room while shoving pizza into my face. The 21st century offers little finer. The next morning my dog and I hit the beach at low tide and found all of the biggest sand dollars I’ve ever found. A great time at a beautiful location!

Loved Unit 312. The favorite furniture was the two rocking recliners facing the views!! They were so comfortable. We also stayed in 314 and loved the outdoor furniture.

Started out shaky due to cleaning service, not Austin. The unit cleaning was incomplete, no bed linens etc dirty linens piled in front of W/D closet after long day of travel arriving in the dark of night. Austin quickly responded and offered emergency clean the next morning, refunded cleaning fee and partial refund of rental. After check out the cleaning service did come to the rescue securing a watch left behind-so all in all great response. Unit is dated but sort of family beach vintage. It’s comfortable with easy beach access. We had a great stay and enjoyed evening wine on top floor with partial water view.

As described. Easy access to amenities, beach, and breakfast. Clean and comfy.

We had a wonderful few days on the Oregon coast. Tyler's place is beautifully situated looking out over the bay. We had many adventures, going to the different beaches close by and the Tillamook Cheese factory. Plenty of space for our family group of 6 adults and 3 kids. We especially loved playing some of the yard games out in the spacious yard while enjoying the view of the bay. Perfect weather while we were there!

Great relaxing stay! We loved it all. perfect location near all the beaches. Loved all the plant based clean toiletries! This never happens I always bring my own and first time a place had all I loved and use. Myla was a great host and super communicative. Thank you!

The condo is amazing, views couldn’t be better. Views are exactly as pictured and breathtaking. We will for sure be back to stay next time we are in Oregon and suggest this condo to friends who come to the area! Thanks again!

The ocean view from the home is just incredible! Nice easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked to make some great meals. Victoria was a great host and responded quickly to all of our questions. The bed was comfy and so relaxing to sleep with the sound of the waves. I appreciated all the baby friendly items like the pack n play, high chair, and books.

We enjoyed quick access to the beach and a tranquil retreat at Marie’s place! The fireplace was lovely, felt very cozy! The beds were comfy!easy 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to town. The e-bike was a crowd pleaser. There was 2 for use in description, but only 1 was there. Luckily, we brought our own bikes as well! I would recommend
