I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very comfortable and provided the basics. Heather also checked in to make sure everything was going good which was really nice. The views are beautiful and close to the hiking trails we wanted to check out. I am looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you!

Such a perfect townhouse. View is amazing, well stocked with essentials, and quiet location. You can hear traffic on the 101, but it wasn’t an issue for us. You can actually hear the ocean a good amount of the time, and the trail to the beach is well marked and maintained by the HOA. Would 100% stay again.

Had a great time close to everything would recommend and would stay there again!

Hillary’s cottage was perfect! It was such a quaint little area and the cottage was adorable with every amenity one could think of. The colors and beach theme added to the coziness and overall experience!

We had a wonderful time in Pacific City! The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We had everything we needed; the host was very reactive as well as flexible regarding check out time, which we very much appreciated. The beach is very close by (a 5-minute walk). Would highly recommend—can't wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming condo! The location couldn’t be better—just about 50 steps to the beach and within walking distance to Joe’s for coffee and all the cute shops downtown. The space was very comfortable and homey, with comfy beds. One of our favorite parts was falling asleep to the sound of the ocean through the open windows in the back bedroom—absolutely magical. The front door code was a little tricky at first, but once we figured it out, it was smooth sailing. We also really enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommend checking out the Old Cedar Boardwalk Preserve just down the street, grabbing breakfast at Wanda’s, and trying the pizza at Lakeside Bar and Restaurant—it was delicious! If you’re into hiking, Short Sand Creek offers a great nature walk, and Cape Lookout is a longer, muddier trek, but totally worth it for the stunning views. Overall, a fantastic and relaxing stay with incredible views. We’d love to come back soon and highly recommend!!

The location was great, very walkable to the beach across 101, access to the lake was a huge bonus, and the inside was super clean and fresh. I had a small issue with the hot tub (the power had tripped) and the owner responded right away and helped us fix it immediately. The kids loved the bonus space above the garage. I would recommend some additional comforters for the bunk beds or access to additional blankets (we only found 1 extra but were using both beds). Both beds in each bedroom were sufficiently warm and beds were comfortable. Everything worked and we had a great weekend stay!

The property offers beautiful views of the ocean. It was the perfect space for a large family Mother’s Day getaway on the coast. We had a wonderful experience exploring the town and making a nightly bonfire on the beach. The house appeared as described but needs a few cosmetic improvements and requires that you enter/exit through the street-level bedroom. Overall, I recommend it to families or groups of friends looking for a fun and relaxing coastal escape. The host was kind and responsive.

WOW!!! PERFECT!!! We had a fantastic weekend, only had 1 question for our stay and Tamara answered very promptly…. Would come back for sure. My wife and I stayed with our mom’s for a long weekend and they both LOVED it and commented on the peaceful feeling they both had once we arrived…My wife said “this place has the ‘touch’”… so needless to say - we want to come back. Thank you so much!

Tide and Timber was such a great stay and Katie was a fantastic host. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The house was clean, in a quiet area and super cozy. Dog friendly and very spacious for even a big group. Will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our time at Rockaway and wish we could have stayed longer! The location and views were amazing; the beach accessories with chairs, umbrellas and games were a nice added bonus! Definitely looking forward to coming back for a future beach weekend!

Among the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. Absolutely perfect for the 8 of us who stayed including several kiddos. Alicia was generous with the check in time as we arrived a little early on thanksgiving. It’s a beautiful house in a beautiful locations steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

The best we can even start to describe this place that it’s truly an absolute Gem. It was so nice, comfortable, clean and quiet. Jack and Mary knocked it out of the park with this place! I would come back and stay again without a single double. The kids absolutely loved it too. Thank you Jack and Mary for providing a wonderful, comfortable place to stay.

5 star rating isn’t enough for this home. This home was worth every dime spent. Very relaxing and peaceful!!! We did not want to leave! Both hosts go above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of. Hard to find genuine people around these days! I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay! Becky and Paris are great hosts and their place is super comfortable and lovingly decorated. It's very well equipped too, with everything you could need there. You can park in front of the property and the beach is a very short stroll away.

The bedroom accommodations were ideal for our group. Living room and kitchen were a bit small, but we set up the folding table in the one bedroom suite with the plastic chairs and one footstool so we could all eat dinner together. :) Made it work.

Beautiful home, very comfortable. Stocked with everything you need. We love that we could walk to the beach and to restaurants. I needed help with the lock and they were very responsive. Loved our stay!!!
