Excellent beachfront house in front of the Moises path, garage for two cars, 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning, barbecue area and a balcony overlooking the wonderful sea and the Moises path. The house is about 10 meters from the sea and close to the trendiest spots in Maragogi.
