With 40 sqm, the chalet features an open-plan living area and kitchen on the ground floor, a front veranda, and a backyard. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, full-size refrigerator, and coffee maker, as well as a built-in sofa with mattresses, an extra mattress, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The chalet has its own private external bathroom and outdoor shower, for guests' exclusive use.. Located on a quiet, paved street; some light neighborhood noise may occur in the evening, typical of areas with nearby vacation rentals. No parties or outside visitors are allowed, and quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Pets are welcome upon prior consultation. The swimming pool located at Casa Tucumã Guesthouse is not part of the property but may be used upon payment of a fee directly to the guesthouse, currently R$35 per person, subject to availability and house rules.

The ANTUNES Del Mare Chalet is located within a seaside condominium on the beautiful beach of Antunes, which is located in the municipality of Maragogi. Our condominium is a very wooded place and has several fruit trees such as mangoes, cashews, coconuts and wild animals of our local fauna, such as marmosets, iguanas and various birds.
