Excellent beachfront house in front of the Moises path, garage for two cars, 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning, barbecue area and a balcony overlooking the wonderful sea and the Moises path. The house is about 10 meters from the sea and close to the trendiest spots in Maragogi. House very close to markets, bakeries, restaurants, great option for those who do not want to be driving around Admire the best of the sea, the Moses path, and at night a beautiful illuminated street for a walk 🌊
