Excelente casa a beira mar em frente ao caminho de Moises, garagem para dois carros 4 quartos todos com ar condicionado área de churrasco e uma varanda com vista para o mar maravilhosa. Casa dedetizada a cada 3 meses com certificado. A casa fica cerca de 10 metros do mar e próximo dos points mais badalados de Maragogi. Casa muito próxima de mercados padarias restaurantes ótima opção para quem nao quer ficar andando de carro, admire o caminho de Moises da varanda e uma vista maravilhosa do mar.

A great opportunity to enjoy the charms and tranquility of one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Alagoas.

Pets are welcome, but always let them know before they will be part of the stay. I am in the best neighborhood in the city, Carvão, right next to the Center, just 6 minutes walk from Maragogi beach.
