I wanted to see the water from the windows, and the gondolas and boats passing by. An incredible water gate! A quiet area away from the tourist crowds, yet centrally located and close to the most beautiful and authentic part of Venice. Convenient for going shopping, for the produce stand, or for the bakery, and not far from a vaporetto stop.

We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

Appartamento di lusso con terrazza privata e splendida vista, a pochi passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

One week before arrival you will be asked to provide a guest's ID, along with the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. In Venice, elevators are rare: there are around 50 steps, but not too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage.
