Vacation apartment centrally located in the beautiful old town of Marbach

Ideally located in the middle of the charming old town of Marbach. Here, you will find restaurants, an ice cream parlor, cafés, a bakery, a REWE supermarket, etc., as well as the German Literary Archive (DLA) – all centrally located and within a few minutes' walk. The apartment offers a wonderful view of the countryside, close to vineyards and the Neckar River, and invites you to enjoy relaxing walks through the surrounding fields. S-Bahn (suburban train) in the immediate vicinity; you can get to Ludwigsburg (e.g., Blühender Barock) or Stuttgart quickly, among other places.

There are numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries and the tourist information office on the same street. Parking is NOT possible at the front door, as it is a small side street. Kstl. parking garage, 300 m away. Great views of the Neckar from every floor. Completely renovated Nov. 18. Bathrooms with natural light, Wi-Fi, superbly equipped kitchen Parties and celebrations are not allowed.

Nevertheless, Ludwigsburg can be reached in just a few minutes and Stuttgart can also be reached in 30 minutes.
