We stayed in this apartment and were thrilled! It is new, tastefully furnished, extremely clean and in a perfect location, within walking distance of the center of Ancona. A special thank you to Federico, the owner, an exquisite person and always available: he welcomed us with great kindness and even booked for us a great dinner at a fish club on the day of our arrival. Very rare attention. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Nicola's cottage. Separated from the main house, it is a simple solution with a lot of privacy. Everything being clean and tidy. Everything immersed in nature is immersed in tranquility and silence. We were also able to use the beautiful pool given the good days. Nicola was a kind, disposable, and un-intrusive host. Beautiful vacation and highly recommended if you want to spend days in tranquility and relaxation.

In two couples we spent 5 nights in the apartment on the 1st floor. We had a great time, Maria is well organized, she offers assistance both on arrival and during the stay. We occupied the two double bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is a comfortable terrace, air conditioners, well-equipped kitchen. The location is very good, close to the historic center and you can't hear any noise from the train or car traffic. To be recommended.

We loved the place and welcoming attitude of the host. Our kids loved the place as it has the perfect pool and animals to pet. Can’t wait to go back one day! You do need the car to visit lovely places around or to get the food shop but this adds to a beauty of coming back to this peaceful clean and fabulous place to relax and enjoy your holidays!

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Excellent location, very spacious well furnished house - bigger than we expected. Nice outdoor area around the house, perfect for kids to play. Hosts live next door (the house is split in two) so very responsive and accommodated our requests quickly. We had a nice present of a small olive oil bottle on the arrival, which was very kind, however we were a bit surprised that lots of basic necessities such as a sponge/dishwasher or washing machine capsules were missing. The host provided them upon request but we had to ask every time, it would have been nice to have staples like teabags stocked. If you’re arriving late in the evening, like we did, be sure to buy food on the way as there is no shop in the village. Overall we had a great experience and the area is very beautiful.

In May 2025, we spent a week with Federica - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can look directly at the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi- simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and many more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Overall, absolutely recommended - you feel right at home- We would be happy to come back anytime. Our rating 5 stars + Greetings from Joanna and Bogdan.

Caterina's accommodation is always recommended. We had a lovely, relaxing stay. The area around Sirolo invites you to good food and excursions, we have been to the area several times. We liked Caterina the best, the apartment matches the description, the living area is nice and spacious, the communication was very pleasant.

We stayed in the Casetta del Vicoletto for 4 nights. The house is comfortable and perfect for two people. The location is excellent and allows you to reach both trekking routes and the main beaches on foot. Leandro is an attentive and caring host, always available. He gave us advice and directions on what to visit.

I stayed in Fano with my family for 3 days and stayed in Marco's MaRi apartment and I had a great time, the apartment is brand new, large, very comfortable for 4 people, equipped with all the accessories, very clean, very convenient for getting around, served by restaurants, bars and pastry shops. Very nice Fano, nearby Pesaro, and all the neighboring villages. Marco was very helpful and hospitable. I confirm the full score of the reviews of all the other guests who have already stayed in the apartment.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. We had a great time in Rosetta's super clean and tidy apartment. Perfect as described. In the morning you will be woken up by the bar above. But for us, that wasn't a problem. Ideal base for those who want to explore the Conero riviera. Within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in Sirolo. Rosetta was the perfect host. Super good communication, caring and friendly. Highly recommended!

We decided to book a last minute trip and Giovanni was extremely fast with responses and very accommodating. Check in (and out) were very easy and straightforward, the parking space was fabulous! The apartment was lovely and had all the amenities you could possibly think of, it was warm, cozy and welcoming and very clean, comfortable and quiet. Giovanni was a wonderful host and gave us some great recommendations and advice on where to go and what to do. It rained during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed playing the games provided in the apartment. The location was great, there was a wonderful little shop around the corner and a bar where we had a nice breakfast, we enjoyed the walk to the town centre and the area had everything we needed! We can’t thank you enough Giovanni and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
