Stanza piccola ma accogliente, host simpatica e gentile. posizione strategica,nel cuore di Assisi ma in un vicolo tranquillo. grazie di tutto ☺️

Es war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, in der wir jemals waren. Wunderschön, ruhig, ein tolles Haus. Man braucht aber zwingend ein Auto, etwa 10 Minuten braucht man mit dem Auto nach Spoleto, kann aber auch gut nach Spoleto wandern oder auf einer alten Bahnstrecke auch mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Ohne Autoverkehr! Super Ausgangspunkt für die Valle Umbra. Zusammenfassend absolute Empfehlung!

Host super gentile, appartamento pulito, non dispone di alcune cose importanti nella cucina. Il residence dispone di 12 appartamenti super confinanti. Bisogna aver fortuna di trovare vicini non rumorosi. Il residence si trova alla fine del lungomare, se volete più animazione e attività in spiaggia conviene andare più verso l’acquario di Cattolica. Comunque nel Complesso ci siamo trovati bene ed il personale dell’hotel è stato veramente cordiale.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Lorenzo. Dieses Mal gleich für zehn Tage, weil es uns beim ersten Mal so gut gefallen hatte. Auch dieses Mal können wir nur sagen, wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Ensemble bleibt beeindruckend, die Gastfreundschaft ist groß, die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig, wenn man es schafft, den Badesee mit dem blühenden Ginster zu verlassen.

We had a lovely stay at La Cacciarella! The house is cozy and has all appliances needed. Lino was very helpful and always available. The borgo is immersed in the nature with amazing views of Spoleto and its surroundings - it’s magical. We’ll definitely come back soon!

아이들과 너무나 평화로운 이틀을 보냈습니다. 아이들은 수영장을 가장 좋아했고, 저는 조용하고 아름다운 주변 풍경이 좋았어요. 아시시 관광을 하기에 정말 좋은 위치입니다. 호스트님은 항상 친절하게 인사해주셨고, 정말 훌륭하고 정성스러운 아침을 제공해주셨어요. 야외 좌석에 앉아 먹던 아침이 아직도 생각납니다. 감사합니다. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶습니다!!!

Siamo stati per una notte, l'appartamento è estremamente comodo con moltissimi servizi compresi, per noi è stato molto essenziale il parcheggio incluso! il co-host Alessandro è stato di una disponibilità e gentilezza incredibili, dando indicazioni precise su come arrivare, sul check-in, e dando consigli sulla zona e su cosa visitare. Alloggio validissimo e super consigliato

Wunderschöner Ort! Alles voller Liebe eingerichtet. Kathleen bringt morgens sogar frisches Gebäck auf Wunsch mit. Herrlicher Pool. Gerne wieder.

Very nice and welcoming hosts! The apartment was clean, has everything you need for your stay, the terrace and the view are amazing! Definitely worth it and for sure we are coming back!

I nostri host sono stati gentilissimi, precisi e disponibili. L'appartamento, molto pulito, ha una cucina comoda e ben fornita, bagno e camera spaziosi. Ottima la posizione; bellissime le nostre colazioni in terrazza, con vista mare e porto!

The apartment was clean and situated in a great location within convenient walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and approx. a 10 minute walk to the railway station. Antonello was easily contactable and very helpful if we needed to ask anything.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana splendida presso la struttura di Sara. Lei è un host davvero impeccabile: gentilissima, comunicazione perfetta, disponibile, professionale. L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio (e super pulito) con mare e centro città vicinissimi. Ci ha fatto trovare seggiolone pappa, vaschetta per bagno, lettino da campeggio per il nostro bimbo (grande cosa non portarli in auto!). Inoltre davvero apprezzati i prodotti da bagno trovati al nostro arrivo (sia per noi che per il bimbo) e anche una borsa mare! Senza dubbio torneremo in futuro. Grazie di tutto!

We had a wonderful stay! The owners have had these units in their family for generations and did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be. They were always accessible and extremely kind and helpful. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and private. Ours had two balconies and a view of the sea. The location is perfect, basically just a block from the seashore. Restaurants and shopping were within close walking distance. Laundry was available on the main floor. Bicycles were available for free to tour the city. We were made to feel like family the whole time we were there. I would highly recommend this, and would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

mooi zicht op de haven, perfecte uitvalsbasis voor zowel Cattolica als Gabice mare , terrasje met plaats om te eten voor 2à3 personene, enige terras aan die kant van het gebouw op die verdieping, studio was zeer goed onderhouden, foto's geven realiteit weer, hoog plafond gaf nog een ruimer gevoel, constant iemand beschikbaar bij de receptie, zeer behulpzame mensen
