Beautiful house, with very nice decoration, spacious and very clean. The garden is very pleasant with the pool square. My family had a great time. The air conditioning was also much appreciated. Close to shops. Thank you!

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

The house is superb. Well designed and equipped with tasteful decoration. The heated pool is great. Communication was friendly and responsive. We hope to return one day.

Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

The listing is as described: large living room, kitchen equipped for our group of friends (7 people). The spa is great, clean. Very well arranged space with the necessary accessories to be like at home. Quiet & peaceful place. Sébastien is very responsive and gives good advice for activities. The only small negative point (which would not be for everyone); at sunrise, a lot of light from the front door, maybe a small thing to improve otherwise it's great. I recommend it and if we come back to the area, we will not fail to come back ☺️

The stay at Julien's was perfect in every way. Particular care has been taken with the decoration, which is clear and uncluttered. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors. A haven of peace close to the center of Rochefort that allows you to enjoy the sweetness of life in the city.
