Small 40 m² house located 10 minutes from the beaches in the small village of St Just Luzac close to all amenities. The house is comfortable with a bedroom with a 160 bed and in the living room a 140 sofa bed. Equipped kitchenette (Senseo, Kettle, Oven...) Your car will be parked in our parking lot, closed by a sliding gate in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is independent and is located at the other end of our property, it is fully fenced for comfort and total privacy.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The accommodation is located in an old Charentaise farmhouse. The place is peaceful and close to supermarket shops, restaurants, 5 minutes by car or bike. Marennes beach is a 10 minute walk. Oléron is a 10-minute drive away, the royal coast is 25 minutes away. Located close to the marshes and the beach which is 1km away. The cycling routes are on the edge of the property 300m from the accommodation .

The house has 2 bedrooms with two double beds of 190 x 140 cm, a large living room open to a modern kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a toilet and a terrace located at the back. Sheets and towels are provided. The garage allows you to store your bikes. Ideally located on the island of Oleron, 5 minutes from the beaches by car and close to all amenities.
