Apartment ideally located in the center and very well-equipped. Everything was clean and pleasant to use in the apartment. Excellent bedding and Jean-Pierre was very available. We'll be happy to go back.

Clean and functional apartment with a magnificent view of the ocean. It's well equipped and the instructions are very clear. Charlene is very responsive to my inquiries. We would recommend it.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. Our stay at Audrey’s apartment was truly magical 🪄 You can feel her intention to make this place as beautiful as possible in every detail 🐚 After opening the door I sighed with astonishment. The place feels even better in person. Above all the bed is really comfortable and the bathroom sink is just spectacular. Excellent value for this apartment located in a very quiet area at the foot of the bridge of the island of Oléron. We enjoyed the rooftop views of the surrounding houses and the accessibility to the beach through charming little alleys. Great if you like to feel like you're alone in the world! Eric is a very responsive and accommodating host. This is an address we will keep in mind for a future stay.

Very beautiful tourist area. La Rochelle is a pretty and very lively city both during the day and in the evening. Lots of attractions and many restaurants along the harbor. Super nice and functional accommodation for a couple in a private residence with their parking space. Great location, you can do anything on foot. Yann and Noémie are very charming hosts and at your disposal. I would highly recommend it.

We felt completely comfortable and fell a little in love with the Ile de Ré. The accommodation is very pretty and furnished with an eye for design and attention to detail. Kitchen has everything you need and you can make good use of the small garden. Bed very comfortable, everything super clean. Location is great, right on the beach and opposite a beach bar. Yes, the traffic is sometimes loud during the day, but the windows close well and that's just the (in my opinion acceptable) price for the location directly on the water. The village center of Rivedoux Page and supermarkets are within walking distance. We rented bicycles (on Julie's tip), which is great, especially for longer stays. St. Martin de Ré, for example, is quick to reach by bike and worth a trip. Julie always responded very quickly to questions.

Great location, great communication and lots of information provided. The apartment was fab, very spacious and nice decor, had everything we needed and more for our 3 night stay including a great terrace!

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.
