Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Maricopa County

Our stay was so comfortable for 3 of us and our pup! Was so close to the fountain and within a beautiful neighborhood. Kitchen was full stocked, downstairs bathroom was great and upstairs rooms were cozy, beds were comfortable, and the space was nice and cool! The backyard was very peaceful, clean, and a great space to enjoy being outside with our dog. Loved all the games and books in the nook in the living room. Check in/out was easy and there was everything we needed from shampoo/conditioner/body wash, qtips/cotton balls, linens, throw blankets, extra blankets and pillows, a crib, and even a gate for the stairs! Very satisfied with our stay and plan to rebook when visiting family here in the future. 10/10 recommend!

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

Victoria is an awesome host. some how our reservations got messed up. Luckily Victoria was able to accommodate us with both of her properties. She suggested the logistics to work with transferring our luggage and dog. She was great.

I enjoy my stay in Arizona. I went there for a concert and it was definitely a vibe. I do with there was a microwave but i think the point was to cook your own meals not reheat stuff (if i was there for longer i definitely wouldve cooked meals for sure!). The bedroom was really nice , the bed itself was amazing. I was there alone which made me feel a little nervous bc of how open it was but it was still relatively quiet and private and i didnt get any disturbing vibes. Corey is also extremely responsive and was chill asf with me. I really appreciated the communication. Other Bnb hosts were pretty dicks twords me but Corey had patience with me so, thats a 5 star right there lol. Overrall my favorite part was experiencing my first Arizona lightning storm? It was FANTASTIC on the balcony. I had the bedroom door open so i can listen to the rain and ugh- it was so nice. I loved it! Oh, also VERY clean!!!

My family and I had an amazing trip. House is very cozy and we loved the pool and all the fun stuff that we got to play with in the backyard, overall trip was a success thank you guys for your great hospitality!!

This place was perfect for myself, my husband, my 1 and 1/2 year old and my 2 dogs. My baby had plenty of space to run around in the house and in the back yard. My 2 dogs also had plenty of space, they loved the fenced backyard. This house was also so close to so many things. Restaurants, shopping and more! This house was perfect.

Great stay, clean and modern had all the comforts of home and enjoyed the pool.

I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. It was absolutely perfect for a short trip, and I'm sure would be great for a longer stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The rental is exactly as it is pictured in the photos. The place was clean, fully stocked with all kinds of amenities and supplies, and even had snacks & water bottles for us upon arrival! Two of our favorite parts of our stay was the patio and pool access! The air conditioning was cold and the beds were comfy! Highly recommend, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

I really enjoyed staying at this location. The host Ryan is very responsive. I really appreciate that the kitchen is fully stocked and that there is a washer and dryer. The room I stayed in was very comfortable. There was plenty of space to put my things. The refrigerator is decently sized. I only had one very small issue with the refrigerator shelf, when opening the door for the first time. I messaged Ryan and he was kind and responsive. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this location. I love that we have access to the pool and that the entire location is very peaceful. I had very little issues finding it having two different parking spaces to park really helps. I do like that the front door has a gated door in front of it so that if I want to leave the front door open, I can have the other door closed, but the fresh air can come in when it’s cooler at night for a little bit. It’s a beautiful place.

This was such a treat staying at Ana’s place. She made us feel right at home. I can’t believe how kind and generous she was throughout the whole stay. It was gorgeous and so so clean. If we get a chance we will for sure book again. Loved everything about it. 100/10! ❤️❤️❤️

This place was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was great, check-in was very easy and it was near everything we had planned. We enjoyed this place it was very cute.

We felt that the location was ideal for us as we attended the ASU graduation and were able to explore the area with family. Being able to hop onto Scottsdale road (without hearing any street noise at night) was super convenient to go either way to Tempe, the interstate to see other areas (Phoenix, Mesa, camelback), and of course north to old and new Scottsdale. Close to very good restaurants and any store you may need. The house is what you see on the site. The casita is a small house with space and is extremely well kept and ideal for a larger group. The main house was spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their rooms. Ryan had everything stocked from towels, bathroom necessities, plates, glasses, etc. The pool table came in handy for some friendly games. The covered carport is a great benefit in AZ. Another benefit is the checkout, Ryan kept it simple. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

The sport is very to everything and is easy to access And something to note is how much it stands out among other nicer, albeit older and mature houses in this older Scottsdale neighborhood. It’s a gem. Sparkling clean. Huge for the footprint it sits in - new everything, well stocked with essentials and a very friendly host.

Great property with fantastic amenities. Jolene was very responsive and addressed all our questions and needs thought the stay. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood with expansive and peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend this home away from home.

We were so impressed by this beautiful villa. It was huge, clean, well stoked for cooking, very comfortable and safe. The clubhouse served delicious breakfasts, dinners and drinks, and it was an easy drive to Phoenix, Scottsdale and hiking in nearby nature reserves. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering it!

This home is in a peaceful area and has a magnificent view of the mountain. We loved playing in and relaxing by the pool during the day and sitting outside watching the mountain change colors as the sun went down. The host left snacks and wine and stuff for breakfast! So thoughtful! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had an incredible stay here for my bachelorette weekend. There weren’t enough blankets for the couch girls however the host dropped off 4 brand new blankets which was so kind. The only thing that would have been nice would have been some extra paper towel and dish towels. Overall our stay was incredible and we would 100% go back. Great location, great weather and great memories made. <3 Thank you!!!!

My husband and I had a great stay! The place was very clean, peaceful, and felt super private, which I really appreciated. The host was friendly and very responsive throughout the entire stay, making everything easy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a quiet, relaxing space.
