We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it made for a perfect getaway. Our host was also very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful setting to just get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Home was very accommodating and included all the necessities to keep our stay comfortable. Just the perfect place to unplug and reset. Kellie was very responsive to ANY need that came about.

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

We had a great stay!! Everything was as the pictures. We were in town for my daughter’s birthday and she felt like the house was a mini resort just for her haha! We’ve stayed in the area many times and this was one of the best! The pool was lovely and we felt right at home! We would recommend and stay again!

The location was great and near everything we needed. Things I noticed was very clean place and fun backyard. The addition of pool toys was great. . Also I appreciated the extra lock for the pool.

We enjoyed the house very much and are already thinking about coming back next February. The beds are very comfortable, the TVs are smart, the pool is warm and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you might need for cooking. The whole place is great! Thank you for your hospitality!

Our stay at Angela's place was wonderful. She provided very clear check-in information and was able to communicate with us when we landed to get us in the house a little early. The location was great for shopping, coffee places, and dinner. Not really anything around to walk to, but nothing was more than 15 minutes away. The house was really comfortable and clean. The living room setup was great to lounge and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean and comfortable. The outside area was really our favorite part. The pool was really nice during the day and at night and the outside TV area was great to sip our morning coffee at. It was also nice to have a speaker outside for our music while we swam. Overall the place felt like home. Thanks so much for the great stay!

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

Calm area, lovely garden/backyard area, very different experience than other locations. Enjoyed it for what little time we had. Would return next year if given the opportunity. Thank you!!

Place was just as the photos! Such a perfect place to kick back and relax! Didn’t use the pool, but it was very nice!

Came out to Phoenix with a few family members for my graduation. Beautifully kept property. Love the compound idea and common areas. We stayed in Monsoon 5 and it provided for our needs, ample space to spread out and no need to make purchases with the exception of our own food and replenishing the salt shaker! We enjoyed a relaxing pool day and utilized the turf for some of my daughter's flag football drills. Though we observed other tenants during our stay, it was extremely peaceful. We used everything except the Keurig - no need to. Parking right in front was very convenient. The AC and ceiling fans did their job - it was hot outside with the exception of 1 day of rain. We are a bunch of shorties under 5'2" LOL We just thought the shower head and the dinnerware were a bit high. Could've possibly used the bean bag footstool in the kitchen for reach. My only suggestion is to have a step stool handy. If it was there, I wasn't even looking for it 🤣.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay at this property due to a car accident the night before our trip. I had to cancel last-minute and wasn’t able to get a refund because of the strict cancellation policy, so I highly recommend purchasing the refund insurance if you're booking here. That said, the price was very reasonable compared to other places we looked at nearby. While I can't speak to the property itself or the area, it’s located just 10 minutes from The Van Buren, which made it a top choice for our concert plans. I’d definitely consider booking again in the future. Long story short: the refund policy is firm, but that’s business.

This was such a treat staying at Ana’s place. She made us feel right at home. I can’t believe how kind and generous she was throughout the whole stay. It was gorgeous and so so clean. If we get a chance we will for sure book again. Loved everything about it. 100/10! ❤️❤️❤️

I stayed for a night to see a show at the Crescent Ballroom, which was just a few minutes uber ride away. Mel's place was clean, comfortable, and communication was helpful and easy. Would stay again!
