The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Sie wohnen in einem einfachen, aber gemütlichen, kleinen Apartment (25qm) mit einem Doppelbett ( 140x200cm) und Duschbad in Boppard Stadt. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und liegt im Souterrain unseres Hauses. Kostenfreier WLAN Zugang ist eingerichtet. In dem Wohn-Schlafzimmer für 1-2 Personen gibt es keine Küche, aber die Möglichkeit sich ein Frühstück zuzubereiten. Eine Kaffeepadmaschine , ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Kühlschrank stehen zur Verfügung. Geschirr und Gläser sind vorhanden.

Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramaschlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das verglaste Schlafloft mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Die schwebende Küchenzeile, ein Outdoor-Badezimmer, eine umfassende Bibliothek und viele versteckte Details sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Torhaus in Kemel

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

The charming non-smoking holiday apartment "Mühlbachhof" is located in a lovingly renovated historic timber-framed granary. It offers a cozy living and dining area with a compact single kitchen, a rustic-style bathroom, and a sleeping area with a double bed on a mezzanine and a bunk bed below – ideal for families. Free Wi-Fi is available, and pets are welcome upon request. Please note: access is via a steep staircase and is therefore not barrier-free.

Welcome to the Middle Ages! Martinsburg is one of the few castles in the Middle Rhine Valley that have never been destroyed. The gatekeeper's room, approx. 50 m2, we have carefully renovated and approximated today's needs with shower and toilet. However, you have to climb 45 steps before you can settle down comfortably. In good weather, you can also relax in the flower corner in the Burghof or explore the Schlosspark am Rhein.
