Mill house on the Nethe

The idyllically situated "Mühlenhaus" on the Mühlenbach of the Nethe is part of the castle ensemble in Amelunxen. Formerly built as the miller's residence, it is nestled in the village and thus within walking distance of the village shop and bakery. Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The large garden and the direct water location also ensure peace and quiet.

The 70 m² bright non-smoking apartment for 1-4 people with its own terrace is located at the exit of the Weser village of Albaxen. From here you can start various activities such as canoeing or mountain biking. A bedroom for 2 guests and a comfortable sofa bed for another 2 guests as well as a fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal. My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
