Townhouse holiday rentals in Marina Baixa

We had a great stay in Alex’s townhouse! Great location, far enough away from the huddle and bustle of Benidorm, but short walk into town. The house catered for all our needs, and we enjoyed the peaceful pool area and sunbeds. (We were always up early so could get a sunbed as there isn’t loads.) Great easy check in and out. Would highly recommended this place.

The stay was fantastic. The house is located in a private, beautiful and quiet development from which you see Benidorm in the background and the sea. It is an 8-minute drive from Benidorm, and 4 minutes from the shopping mall area. Very well connected. The house is excellent, clean, well equipped, the perfect garden. The only small catch is that sometimes the light went out if you had a dryer and dishwasher on for example. The owner attentive and very kind.

I can all abbreviate in a word "excellence"Olga very attentive with everything and Tania who handed over the keys, always predisposed to the organization of us for entry and exit. The cleanliness of the place has to be highlighted, impeccable as it is difficult to meet such a place. They have a good team. The place is close to the beach you can walk, you have a supermarket very close. The place is perfect to disconnect a few days and have a great time.

This was the third time we've used Paul's place, I think that says something. weather was mainly sunny with little rain. we love the house and the area, and find it very convenient to local amenities and walks around the nature reserve. It's a nice area with a mix of English and Spanish people living in the neighbourhood. There was some work going on at the pool this week, which didn't affect us but Paul made us aware that it was to happen. We are hoping to book for next year and hope the house is available for our dates.

Great deal for a party of 9 people. We spent a long weekend and great location to lovely restaurants. Gluten free Scottish restaurant on your doorstep friendly owner. Spacious and lots of bathrooms. Would definately recommend for a large group

Fantastic stay at the beautiful Casa Maya, easy check in, felt instantly at home, all clean and tidy, lovely rooms, everything you could possibly need was provided. Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

This place is really nice. Casa Azul by the sea. A lovely cottage. We felt at home and there is a good energy. We have relaxed and our creativity blossomed. Natalia is a super positive creative energetic hospitable host. Also an ideal place for our dogs. We would love to come back.

It's a really very nice place to stay. Great furniture and lovingly furnished. The house has 2 beautiful terraces and a pool. You can hear the traffic.

We visited this place with my wife and two small kids in February. It is a fantastic place for people who value peace, closeness to nature and beautiful views. From the very beginning the host was very helpful and communication went smoothly. The house is very spacious, well-sunlit, clean, ideal for relaxation. To get around the area well, a car is required.

Antonio and Paqui was very helpful and responsive. Helped drive us to the airport when our Uber failed to show up. The housing was great. Clean and spacious with a nice rooftop area. Highly recommended.

Everything perfect!!! To put some sticks the pool from outside they closed it the day after going and the indoor pool area the water was cold.

The cleanest AirBNB we've stayed in. Bathrooms were spotless. Tastefully decorated, everything worked, no need to contact the host to repair anything. No clutter. Can't stress enough the cleanliness of the house. Clara was a great communicator, responsive and friendly. If we go back to Alicante, we'll be checking availability of this listing first.

We recommend 200/100 this spacious and very clean place. The photos of the accommodation are consistent with the description. We spent a week there and we were very satisfied. I highly recommend for people who come with family or friends: you will have all the comforts you need and much more. Roberto is a great host he deserves much more than 5 stars: adorable, listening he ordered us a baby bed and a kettle on the day of our arrival even though it was not included in the rental. Very responsive and really attentive, he welcomed us very warmly into his home. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you again so much Roberto and see you soon.

Wow!! Marinas place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless, decorated beautifully and we had all we needed for our short stay. Marina was very quick to reply to questions and even allowed us to check in slightly earlier. The property itself has a beautiful front garden perfect for relaxing in the sun or to be able to eat outside. The seating area on the balcony was also very lovely as was the bottom patio with deck chairs. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool very clean. There is nothing I can fault on this property. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to visit again in the future!
