This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

Leírásban megfelelő, zárt, biztonságos csöndes szállás. Kapcsolattartó gyorsan és pontosan válaszolt a kérdésekre. Szállás tiszta és rendezett. Bolt leírás szerinti helyen, gyalog kicsit távolabb (20 perc séta) Aldi. Tengerpart kényelmes séta távolságra. A szállás autóval ideális távolságra van mindentől. Mobil hálózat nagyon gyenge, de van wi-fi.

Todo como en las fotos. Los anfitriones nos facilitaron en acceso a la casa dos horas antes y cuando llegamos la casa estaba preparada y muy limpia.

La estancia ha sido fantástica. La casa se ubica en una urbanización privada, bonita y tranquila desde la que se ve Benidorm al fondo y el mar. Se encuentra a 8min en coche de Benidorm, y a 4min de la zona de centros comerciales. Muy bien comunicada. La casa es excelente, limpia, amplia, bien equipada, el jardín perfecto. La única pequeña pega es que a veces saltaba la luz si tenías secador y lavavajillas encendidos por ejemplo. La dueña pendiente y muy amable.

Maison très fonctionnelle, bien placée et très bien équipée. Malgré quelques soucis en début de séjour indépendant de mon hôte, celle ci a été très arrangeante pour trouver des solutions et que nous soyons bien. Zone très agréable, copropriété très jolie, très calme un havre de paix. Nous recommandons Gudi et son logement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Todo lo puedo abreviar en una palabra "excelencia"Olga muy atenta con todo y Tania quien entregó las llaves, siempre predispuesta a la organización de nosotros para la entrada y salida. La limpieza del lugar hay que destacarlo, impecable ya que es difícil encontrarse con un lugar así. Tienen un buen equipo. El lugar es cercano a la playa podéis ir caminando, teneis muy cerca un supermercado. El lugar es perfecto para desconectar unos dias y pasarlos genial.

This was the third time we've used Paul's place, I think that says something. weather was mainly sunny with little rain. we love the house and the area, and find it very convenient to local amenities and walks around the nature reserve. It's a nice area with a mix of English and Spanish people living in the neighbourhood. There was some work going on at the pool this week, which didn't affect us but Paul made us aware that it was to happen. We are hoping to book for next year and hope the house is available for our dates.

Besonders gefallen, hat uns die gute Ausstattung. es gab sogar Stühle für den Strand. Wir sind über Ostern gereist, daher war es noch etwas kühler. Das Haus hat aber dafür auch Elektroheizungen und einen Kamin. Ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass es im Hochsommer recht angenehm dort ist. die Terrasse geht nach Westen und hat zusätzlich zur Überdachung eine Markise. Es gibt einen kleinen Innenhof mit Grill, den man zur Terrasse hin öffnen kann. Im Hauswirtschaftsraum gibt es einen zweiten großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern und ein extra Waschbecken (für sandige Badesachen ideal). In der Anlage gibt es neben dem Pool noch einen Fussballplatz mit Basketballkorb.

Marina es una anfitriona súper atenta y amable, y su casa es simplemente espectacular. Podríamos definirla como un balcón con vistas al Mediterráneo. Y menudo balcón! En el sitio más privilegiado de Altea. La casa por dentro es muy acogedora, con un salón de techo alto con grandes ventanales que, además de zona común, conecta las distintas estancias de la casa. La cocina está perfectamente equipada. Ideal para preparar una cena en buena compañía. O solo, si lo haces con un buen vino. Todo es muy espacioso y está decorado con simpleza y mucho mimo. Nos encantaron las obras de arte! Aunque el verdadero cuadro de la casa es la vista enmarcada del exterior, con la piscina infinita que se funde con el mar a lo lejos. Simplemente increíble!

Un fin de semana estupendo el que hemos pasado en la Casita Azul. La casita es muy acogedora, con la terraza con la ducha para disfrutar de la sombra en una tarde soleada. Natalia nos acogió de una manera excepcional, dándonos su energía para aumentar mas aún si cabe la buena experiencia en la casa. Es un lugar para repetir

Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Tolle Möbel und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus verfügt über 2 schöne Terrassen und einen Pool. Man hört, den Straßenverkehr.

Antonio y Paqui son unos anfitriones fantasticos, super amables y serviciales en todo momento. La casa es espectacular no le falta de nada, nos sentimos como en casa! Las camas perfectas, la casa espaciosa, los patios fantasticos.

Todo perfecto!!! Por poner alguna pega la piscina de fuera la cerraron al día siguiente de ir y la zona de piscinas interior el agua estaba fría.

Desde la llegada y hasta que dejamos la propiedad nos sentimos como en casa, y así la tratamos. Piscina perfecta para dos personas, habitación principal espaciosa y cama cómoda. Estaba todo muy limpio y tuvimos la suerte de conocer a la persona que se encargaba de ello: un 10! Sin duda, repetiremos si volvemos a destino!

La casa es preciosa y muy limpia y Lidia a sido muy amable y paciente ya que hemos llegado mas tarde de lo previsto. Gracias!!!

Another wonderful stay at this accommodation , the house has everything you need for a long term stay. Hosts have been great and always sort out any issues quickly. We have stayed here four times now so highly recommended

Loved the location - easy tram to Alicante. So close the the beach! Pool was amazing - very quiet - barely anyone else using the pool when we were there. Host had tennis rackets and ball so we were able to have a hit at tennis. Loved the private courtyard - great sun loungers. Air conditioning throughout but the house was cool enough without it whilst we were there. We were a late check in which we paid extra 30euro for but this was very clearly communicated with us by the host quickly after booking. We had a very comfortable stay and would happily return.

La casa era muy acogedora, estaba ordenada y limpia, muy espaciosa para toda la familia, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien se agradece para este calor, el pueblo era muy tranquilo y con una piscina cerca de la casa, la dueña nos dio muchas facilidades para el horario de entrada y salida muy amable por su parte, y lo mejor que pudimos llevara a nuestros perritos, la única pega que podría poner es que la planta baja tenía un poco de olor a humedad pero por lo demás bien, volvería a repetir sin duda.

Todo muy bien , repetiría y lo recomendaría . La comunicación con Mark fue muy buena , te ayuda en todo lo que puede y da muchas facilidades.

Wow!! Marinas place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless, decorated beautifully and we had all we needed for our short stay. Marina was very quick to reply to questions and even allowed us to check in slightly earlier. The property itself has a beautiful front garden perfect for relaxing in the sun or to be able to eat outside. The seating area on the balcony was also very lovely as was the bottom patio with deck chairs. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool very clean. There is nothing I can fault on this property. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to visit again in the future!

This is the second time we stayed at this property. We found it very clean and modern. The village is very quiet at night and very scenic during the day. Brilliant blackout blinds. The local shop is just a short walk away. It was a little cold at night, but the heating warms the house up quickly and the duvets are very cosy. We would definitely stay here again.
