Great location in the old, historic village of Paola (& ultimately well worth the uphill climb from the train station with our suitcases!) . If you love an old italian village in an historic, pretty location then this is the place for you. Easy days walking, exploring, sitting & watching the daily activities of residents. The apartment is well equipped to cook in (which we did) with an adorable garden setting that enjoys the local sounds of life. And with loads of great bars, cafes & restaurants very close by, as well as a large conad supermarket. We'd def stay again in Maria/Guilia's place. Amazing hosts! Thank you!

Logement agréable, hôte accueillant et réactif. Environnement un peu bruyant, avec la voie ferrée non loin, mais le logement est bien placé pour pouvoir rayonner dans les environs. Je recommande !

We had a delightful stay in Nicola’s home. It was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and remarkably spacious. His family couldn't have been kinder or more helpful.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

This place was a delight. It’s cosy and clean. It’s styled perfectly for the space. Stop at the given address and look for the front door - slightly below the footpath level.

Ubytování splnilo naše očekávání. Vše bylo čisté, WiFi super, 2x TV, klima...Klidná část města. Spousta restaurací, moře 5 minut autem.

My girlfriend and me were for the first time in Lamezia Terme. It was a very short visit in this beautiful city. The accomondation was great. The checkin was very smooth and hassle free. The communication between us and the host made our uncertain arrival at the accomodation very smooth. We were welcomed very nicely by the father of the host (Antonio). The accomodation in itself was kept very very clean and organised. This all made our stay so easy and uncomplicated. Even the recommendations given for dinner were great. Our suggestion is to pre-book in advance for dinner given that Lamezia Terme definitely has a good night life too and can be crowded. To summarise, the flexibility of the host and the hospitality made our short stay very memorable. All in all worth recommending- Super host!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Etwas störend war der Lärm von Straße und Eisenbahn.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati una settimana in vacanza in questa località nuova per noi. Casa con vista stupenda, un tramonto splendido ;) la consiglio per rilassarsi; inoltre se si ama esplorare i dintorni e le calette più nascoste e rocciose è un ottimo punto di partenza ! Michele è stato super di aiuto per indicazioni varie. Non prende benissimo Internet quindi è perfetto se si vuole staccare un po’ da telefono e pc e fare una settimana di relax completo. La zona è tranquilla, residenziale, panoramica, perfetta per coppie e famiglia.

Maria e Dora sono state gentilissime e proattive nella comunicazione. Sempre disponibili ed empatiche nei nostri confronti. Maria è un’host perfetta. L’alloggio è in una zona un po’ scomoda in quando si trova in un cortile che affaccia direttamente su una strada a scorrimento abbastanza veloce, ma in macchina si arriva facilmente dappertutto.

Una casa impecable y con todo lo que uno necesita para sentirse cómodo. fuimos con mi pareja y nos sentimos muy cómodos. la terraza se lleva una mención especy, increíble las vistas

Simone war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern und sehr ruhig. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen:) Noch zwei kleine Tipps für zukünftige Besucher: 1. Wie es schon in den anderen Kommentaren beschrieben wurde: Es lohnt sich ein Auto zu haben, da die Busse nicht sehr häufig kommen und Gehwege kaum existieren. 2. Google Maps leiten einen, wenn man die Adresse angibt, zu einem großen Wendeplatz / Parkplatz. Die Wohnung befindet sich aber erst hinter dem grünen Tor am Ende des Parkplatzes. Top-Ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Pool und „privatem“ Strandzugang. Unser Highlight war der Strand (ca. 1km und 200 hm entfernt). Küche ist top ausgestattet. Betten bequem und alles war sauber. Zwei Balkone, vor allem der überdachte Balkon erweitert den Wohnraum noch einmal enorm. Jede Mahlzeit kam draußen eingenommen werden. Jan ist ein toller und bemühter Host, der sich immer wieder um unsere Zufriedenheit erkundigt hat.

Monica’s apartment is large and roomy, and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are very well-equipped. She has thought of everything, including lots of extras we don’t see in other airbnbs. In the kitchen there is plastic wrap and plastic containers for leftovers, and the bathroom has lots of towels, and plenty of hooks and towel bars to hang them on. These are really nice amenities. The best thing was our communication with Monica. She offered great suggestions about places to visit, and was always available by text. She also gave us info for a wonderful guide for hikes in the Pollino Mts.

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

Penso che questa struttura, insieme alla sua Host, meritino un premio per tutto. Dalla pulizia impeccabile,alla gentilezza della proprietaria, alla piscina, e la struttura in generale. Forse non ci siamo mai trovati bene da nessuna parte,come in questo posto. Relax, pace, natura ed armonia, la fanno da padrona. Complimenti.
