Great location in the old, historic village of Paola (& ultimately well worth the uphill climb from the train station with our suitcases!) . If you love an old italian village in an historic, pretty location then this is the place for you. Easy days walking, exploring, sitting & watching the daily activities of residents. The apartment is well equipped to cook in (which we did) with an adorable garden setting that enjoys the local sounds of life. And with loads of great bars, cafes & restaurants very close by, as well as a large conad supermarket. We'd def stay again in Maria/Guilia's place. Amazing hosts! Thank you!

Pleasant accommodation, welcoming and responsive host. A little noisy environment, with the railway nearby, but the accommodation is well placed to be able to radiate in the area. I recommend it!

We had a delightful stay in Nicola’s home. It was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and remarkably spacious. His family couldn't have been kinder or more helpful.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

This place was a delight. It’s cosy and clean. It’s styled perfectly for the space. Stop at the given address and look for the front door - slightly below the footpath level.

The place met our expectations. Everything was clean, wifi was great, 2x TVs, climate...Quiet part of the city. Lots of restaurants, the sea 5 minutes by car.

My girlfriend and me were for the first time in Lamezia Terme. It was a very short visit in this beautiful city. The accomondation was great. The checkin was very smooth and hassle free. The communication between us and the host made our uncertain arrival at the accomodation very smooth. We were welcomed very nicely by the father of the host (Antonio). The accomodation in itself was kept very very clean and organised. This all made our stay so easy and uncomplicated. Even the recommendations given for dinner were great. Our suggestion is to pre-book in advance for dinner given that Lamezia Terme definitely has a good night life too and can be crowded. To summarise, the flexibility of the host and the hospitality made our short stay very memorable. All in all worth recommending- Super host!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is as described in the listing, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The noise from the street and the railway was somewhat disturbing.

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

Maria and Dora were very kind and proactive in their communication. Always available and empathetic towards us. Maria is a perfect host. The accommodation is in a somewhat inconvenient area as it is located in a courtyard that directly overlooks a fairly fast-moving road, but by car you can easily get everywhere.

Location out of the chaos, clean and adorned apartment

An impeccable house with everything you need to feel comfortable. We went with my partner and we felt very comfortable. The terrace deserves a special mention, the views are incredible

Simone was very kind. The accommodation was exactly as in the pictures and very quiet. I can only recommend it:) Two more small tips for future visitors: 1. As already described in the other comments: It is worth having a car, because the buses do not come very often and sidewalks hardly exist. 2. Google Maps will direct you to a large turning area/parking lot if you enter the address. However, the apartment is located behind the green gate at the end of the parking lot. Monica’s apartment is large and roomy, and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are very well-equipped. She has thought of everything, including lots of extras we don’t see in other airbnbs. In the kitchen there is plastic wrap and plastic containers for leftovers, and the bathroom has lots of towels, and plenty of hooks and towel bars to hang them on. These are really nice amenities. The best thing was our communication with Monica. She offered great suggestions about places to visit, and was always available by text. She also gave us info for a wonderful guide for hikes in the Pollino Mts.

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!
