Holiday rentals with beach access in Marina di Fuscaldo

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is as described in the listing, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The noise from the street and the railway was somewhat disturbing.

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

Francesco is a host who is always available, his apartment is comfortable and very close to the sea, definitely a great place to live in the heart of Schiavonea!

Karolina's apartment was completely new and tastefully furnished. It had all the comforts. The location of the apartment was also good: close to the old town and with sea views. Communication with Karoline was pleasant. Thank you for staying in your nice apartment, Karolina!

Due to a DIFFERENT rental not meeting our expectations, we had to find somewhere close by to stay for the night. We stumbled upon Cosimo's rental and were so glad we did! He was very quick to respond to our message and accommodated us with Very Short notice (30 mins!). Cosimo and his son met us at the apartment. They were welcoming and very polite. The apartment was Very Clean and Comfortable. Everything was Well Stocked (coffee, water, spices, toiletries, towels, kitchenware, etc.). We found street parking right in front of the apartment, which was set back a little from the street. The area seemed very authentic, with neighbors greeting and visiting each other and an outside mass being held around the corner. We didn't spend much time exploring, as it was late and we were only staying one night, but did walk one block to the beach to enjoy a beautiful sunset!

Private and peaceful place with two beaches and restaurants nearby (20/30 minutes walk and 4 minutes drive), Cafarone and Marinella. By car you have access to the rest of the coast lidos which are only 10/15 minutes drive from the place (Falerna marina) as well as, the airport and Lamezia Terme central station.

Simone was very kind. The accommodation was exactly as in the pictures and very quiet. I can only recommend it:) Two more small tips for future visitors: 1. As already described in the other comments: It is worth having a car, because the buses do not come very often and sidewalks hardly exist. 2. Google Maps will direct you to a large turning area/parking lot if you enter the address. However, the apartment is located behind the green gate at the end of the parking lot. Well presented, clean apartment with a fantastic view.

We felt comfortable right away 🤗 the apartment is very nicely furnished, everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, even coffee was ready ☺️ The bathroom is very comfortable, a highlight is the outdoor shower and cooking in the open air. The beach is not so beautiful, but it is definitely worth driving further south. Communication was friendly and very fast. Mario welcomed us very warmly and instructed us. Thank you for this wonderful week, absolutely recommended 👍🏽

Great accommodation, well located in the center of Villapiana lido, equipped with everything you need and very clean. You can walk comfortably to both restaurants and the sea. There is a pedestrian crossing not indicated by the various navigators to reach the beach, it takes about 3 minutes on foot. Same for evening walks on the waterfront. Services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. As per the description, there is private parking, during our stay (1 week) we never used the car. Giuliano is a very active Host, all our questions were answered almost immediately. It will definitely be a place to come back to.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Maria Teresa's apartments are cute little houses with a beautiful spacious veranda, immersed in a beautiful garden. The accommodations are simple and functional, well furnished and complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Maria Teresa is an extremely kind host, very sociable, friendly, but above all caring. She sent us useful messages towards the end of the journey to inform us well about the way to go and she was always very attentive and welcoming. Very positive living room!

Great location. Beautiful house, well organized with all the essentials and well located in front of the pool and close to the access to the sea via the pine forest. Beautiful pool and beautiful beach. Too bad the sea was dirty for a few days, but this doesn't depend on the residence where the house is located. Well-kept and clean residence and above all peaceful and peaceful. Good location also to reach the beaches to the south and Reggio Calabria. Nice garden around the house, equipped for outdoor dining. Had a great time here. On the way out we arrived in the dark and therefore had some trouble finding the house. A property in front of the house is somewhat blocking the view, but nevertheless fantastic stay. Lovely garden, large rooms, house full of comforts and a nice center nearby. We had rented a car so easily accessible for us. Nice and nice food in the shopping street of Scalea near Vularie Siciliane, very affordable too! Recommended, sandy beach at lido de Azzuro, beautiful bay, beautifully surrounded by mountains. Accessible via a (spicy) set of stairs. Sylwia gave a lot of nice tips. The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you

We felt very comfortable with Rosalba. Hassle-free, flexible, fast. It was very quiet, which was certainly also because the neighboring apartments were largely uninhabited.

Fell in love with the apartment especially the rooftop terrace where I had cuppa to watch sunrise each morning.Views great.Only downside had only 1 bar/restaurant that catered for Italians on their 2 weeks holidays.we couldn't get a seat or takeaway pizza.You need a hire car to get to shops but Short drive from airport and Pizzo.Its well worth a visit and The apartment has everything you need.We will be back and Alan and wife are great.

We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, a sunbath or the evening end. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. Fabrizio Piccolo for us was the starting point for many entertaining activities (close range: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the archaeological park; distant area: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, enough parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, easily arranged.

Great apartment with amazing sea view. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The views from the balcony are stunning. David and Adela communicated well before and throughout our visit - we’ll definitely visit again soon.
