To highlight are the 2 terraces in south & west direction with private garden & beautiful view into the distance and absolute tranquility (no artificial light).

Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Discover your dream vacation home in the picturesque Lake Constance region! With a generous 180 m² of living space, this beautiful house offers enough space for the whole family or friends. Enjoy the warm summer days in your own garden, where you can spend delicious BBQ evenings on the grill. But winter also has its charms! After a day of activities in the surrounding area, you can warm up by the cozy fireplace or relax in the in-house garden sauna.

Entire accommodation with lake and mountain views about 40 sqm with kitchen, bathroom and separate entrance, parking directly at the apartment, beautiful garden and about 15 minutes' walk to Lake Constance, small supermarket, bakery and restaurants within walking distance, very good trade fair connection. Apartment Tourist tax is billed separately. It is 2.50 euros per person. We speak German, English, French and a little Spanish and Polish.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

The cozy cottage offers a garden with a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area. In the bedroom there is a 140 cm bed, and if necessary a 90 cm mattress can be placed on the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, the main entrance leads through the basement or garage, which can also be seen in the pictures. The second entrance leads through the shared garden.
