The house, has a camper belonging to it, which is also available to guest. There is a big garden and a small river tow steps away. The house, camper and garden is all yours. It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

The house was built 300 years ago as a rectory. It is in the middle of the historic old town. The apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor with a baroque vault, plus a small kitchen and small bathroom. In the garden behind the house, a sitting area in the greenery can be used. Loading and unloading in front of the house; parking for a fee on the Obermarkt, with parking disc free parking on Lutherplatz or Christoph-Lüders-Str. Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
