A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Modern vacation home with large terrace and garden on the back of our property, north/east. Berlin outskirts. A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

My apartment is in the heart of Berlin with immediate access to public transport, restaurants and cafes. Parking spots are right in front of the building. A balcony, high ceilings, American fridge with an icemaker, dishwasher, elevator, WiFi and the idyllic Landwehr-canal make my home special. Our house is located directly on Lake Krupesee, where you can swim, canoe or even fish. You can also spend the whole day at the lake or in our wood-heated sauna barrel. It is half an hour to Berlin City via the A10 and A113.
