From the A38 exit Südwest or the A9 exit Günthersdorf, you can reach us in a few minutes.

Spanning 85 square meters, the house provides everything your heart desires: comfortable rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable stay for up to six people. The spacious 1,000-square-meter garden invites you to relax, barbecue, or sunbathe – here you can unwind and let your soul relax.

Apartment with balcony & fast in the center of Leipzig

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

Office sofa

I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.
