With Lake Kulkwitz, the oldest and cleanest lake in the Leipzig Neuseenland is also right outside the door. It's only 7 minutes away by bike. Bikes are available for free rental. Thanks to the train station within walking distance (3 min.), you are at Leipzig Central Station within 15 minutes. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Everything is fully equipped.

Sehr charmantes und gepflegtes Studio in perfekter Stadtlage mit bester Anbindung. Mitten im beliebten Stadtteil. Ruhig gelegen im Hof mit eigener begrünter Terrasse, teilweise überdacht. Die Wohnung wurde sorgfältig renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail individuell eingerichtet. Das komfortable Studio ist offen mit abgetrenntem Schlafbereich, Tür zum Bad, geräumigem Wohnbereich. Der Preis beinhaltet die Airbnb-Gebühr von 15,50 %. Bei einem Preis von 100 EUR erhält der Gastgeber 84,50 EUR.

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.
