Very nicely furnished apartment in a modern house. Our daughter was enchanted by the animals in the adjacent farm. Selma and Oliver responded enormously quickly and pragmatically to our requests.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. We were especially surprised by the size and amenities of the accommodation. We lacked nothing. The apartment is located in a quiet location. Nevertheless, you can reach various destinations quickly. We were completely satisfied.

Hassle-free, nice contact and friendly welcome by the family running the long-established pottery with the beautiful workshop. Beautiful views over the lake and the mountains to the east. In summer, a plus is certainly your own "mole" not a minute away with deckchair and parasol. Frauenchiemsee is fast walking, but if you are there for a few more days, still attractive again and again, as well as Herrenchiemsee next door, where we have been several times away from the "tourist must". Everything you need is pleasantly available. Apartment in the old house (18th century?) logically somewhat clairaudient despite modernization, therefore plausibly more peace and quiet between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. But that doesn't bother anyone on this so quiet birdsong island. Gladly again and thank you !

A wonderful place with many picturesque locations and opportunities for relaxation - both for active vacationers and for families with children. It is particularly pleasing that there are cozy, comfortable and clean apartments in this area, which are fully equipped for a stay of several days. We would like to particularly highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the landlady as well as the beautiful view from the window.

Beautiful apartment. Proper amenities and groceries available as well as laundry for the washing machine and dishwasher. The village is beautiful and the view from the balcony is incredible. Please note: apartment on the 4th floor without elevator. May be difficult for some people. Note: Indicate where to dispose of the glass.

The stay was beautiful! We were very kindly welcomed and instructed, the landlord took care of the tourist tax. There were various tips about the area that helped us, although we already know our way around! The accommodation has a very rustic Bavarian vibe, but is still super clean, in very good condition (windows do not open, shower etc. everything works perfectly, well-functioning stove & refrigerator). The only exhausting thing is in the small bedroom, not to constantly come up against the ceiling, but even there we were well warned ;) in all rooms where you spend more time, the ceiling height is absolutely sufficient. Absolute recommendation: the large balcony with a beautiful view of Geigelstein and Hochplatte as well as the airfield in Schleching! We will definitely be back!

The conversations with Eva were always very friendly, prompt and helpful. The apartment was very lovingly furnished, clean and well equipped. The view of the mountains from the balcony was simply fantastic! We would book this apartment again anytime.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed every expectation and surprised us a lot. A lot of effort is put into this and focuses on special features. We've never before experienced it. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

The apartment is very bright and nicely decorated. There are many cozy sofas and armchairs to relax :-) and a well-equipped kitchen. We also liked the location. Fabrice is a great host and always easily accessible. Many thanks for everything!

Beautiful 1-room apartment with plenty of space on the terrace! We immediately felt comfortable and it was everything you need. The bathroom is very nice and the walk-in closet is super practical! Very comfortable bed and the apartment is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. We'll be very happy to come back!!

We enjoyed the stay in Julika's accommodation very much. Everything we needed for our trip was available in the apartment. The apartment is extremely quiet, right opposite Hohenaschau Castle, a great sight. The spacious balcony also offers a beautiful view. The apartment was ideally located to start one or the other excursion (the Kampenwandbahn starts virtually behind the apartment, Prien and the descent to Herrenchiemsee were only a few minutes away by car). In the village itself, you can find everything you need for life within a few minutes' drive. Right next to the property is a tavern with good prices and really hearty portions. This was recommended by Julika and we can only pass on this recommendation. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to fully take advantage of the generous range of sights and excursion destinations. We will probably have to come back and hope to stay in this great apartment again.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and is located in a quiet, beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the spacious and modern underground car park, which made parking super convenient. At our request, we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner - thank you for the quick and friendly service! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be happy to come back.

We stayed with Tanya for 1 week and felt very comfortable! The apartment is superbly equipped, we got freshly baked bread and Tanya was always available! You can look at the lake from the terrace and hikes are possible directly from the apartment and it is also only a short walk to the lake. We can 100% recommend the apartment! Great area with lots of options for hiking, biking and eating out! We recommend the Gasthof Rieder in Fischl, a great tip from Tanya, here is an amazing Wiener Schnitzel! I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a great stay in Stefan's apartment. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Communication with Stefan was easy and straightforward. Every question was answered quickly. We highly recommend the place.

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great, the apartment was very nice and is located on the outskirts. It is quiet and you have many opportunities to walk

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and whirlpool can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.
