The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Willkommen im sagenhaft-schönen weltbekannten Chiemgau,  Nahe am Chiemsee an den Alpen- bei Reit im Winkel und Österreichs Skigebieten, zwischen den Bergen Hochplatte und Hochgern,  wo die " Tiroler Achen" in Richtung Chiemsee fließt, liegt der schöne Luftkurort Marquartstein, genau hier sind wir als Gastgeberfamilie zuhause. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Hauses mit fünf Wohneinheiten und ist umfangreich ausgestattet, unter anderem auch mit Bio-Lebensmitteln zum Kochen (Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, div. Gewürze, Gemüsebrühe).
