Small balcony with views of Martel. The garden is fenced and you can have lunch there using the BBQ or plancha.

Located in a fully renovated 19th century barn, this 60 m2 ground floor apartment, accessible to people with reduced mobility, allows you to spend a stay in a pleasant area. For 4 to 6 people, you have at your disposal an indoor pool and a shared garden with the other 4 accommodations. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Shops and canoe bases of the Dordogne River 200 m away. Sheets and towels can be rented.

Completely independent studio

Totally independent studio, on the ground floor of my newly built house, in a small subdivision, 2 minutes from the center of MARTEL. From the courtyard, overlooking the village with the "truffadou" steam train in the foreground. Martel is a cute medieval town in the north of the lot, a dynamic village with all shops. Numerous sights close by. I live above the studio, I have 2 adorable cats and 1 dog (golden retriever) that you may come across.
