This one bedroom guesthouse, in our backyard, is nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood. It is perfect for a single person looking for a quiet place, or a couple on a little get-away. Ideal location - less than 3 miles from Pleasant Hill and Concord BART, the Concord Pavillion, lots of grocery stores, restaurants, and running/hiking trails in the Mt.Diablo foothills. The cottage is in our backyard, and we have a friendly, older dog, Charlie (F) that you will definitely meet during your stay.
